I've continued to have the water leak issue on my 2021 Laramie. The first time, under the older TSB the dealership replaced the rear sliding window. When that didn't fix the issue, I took it in a 2nd time and they diagnosed it as the 3rd brake light and either replaced the light or just replaced the gasket. The leaks stopped for almost a year. Then with the recent rain we had in SoCal I noticed my window leaking in the upper driver's side corner. Can't tell if there is a small crack on the window frame but somehow water is getting in. Took it to the dealership and they confirmed the new TSB is to use the flowable sealant. I was surprised that this would be the fix for a known issue like this. From my experience with any kind of silicone, it is only a temporary fix and will eventually fail. Maybe it won't, but my confidence isn't strong with this kind of fix. I called Ram Care and they are not much help. They led me to believe that the older TSB was still in effect for my vehicle allowing for a full window replacement, but the dealership said no and showed me the new TSB superseding the older TSB. Calling Ram again, they can't seem to figure it out and keep telling me that they will call me back after investigating the issue, which they haven't. I am going to go with the dealership applying the sealant and hope for the best. At least it will be under an extended warranty that I believe is 8 years or 150,000 miles. The question is what is the next fix if it still leaks. What will the warrant do to cover future leaks? You can't usually apply more sealant on top of old sealant, and I can't imagine that it will be easy to remove the sealant that they will be applying. Time will tell...
