2019 Limited 6-4", 5.7 e-Tq, 3.92 e-Locker, 4WD, KO2s at 49-55lbs.

Can one effectively upgrade the factory air suspension?

Add a Hellwig, or further support the truck for heavier towing (don't want a full discussion going on towing weights, payload, capacities please, been there, done that)?

TY in advance!

Maaaannnny of us have added the Hellwig. Works great with the AS (and ORG, in my case).

How are those KO2s riding for you? I've run E-rated KO2s on my past trucks (3/4-tons), but I like the factory Falken Wildpeaks on this truck.

Did not notice the Hellwig bar, 7/8" as actually larger and stiffer than factory OEM bar. The Falkens do not seem to come in an E-rated version, and the KO2s are 125T.

The Falkens come in D and E varieties ranging from 115T to 127R (depending on size). See this link. Note: the A/T3W series is slightly different/better than the OEM A/T3Wa (D, 113T, 45.3 lb, LT275/55R20). The equivalent A/T3W would be D, 115/112S, 56.4 lb. To get an E-rated tire, you'd either go thinner (LT265/60R20, 121/118S, 58.2 lb) or taller (LT275/65R20, 126/123S, 66.1 lb). The weight penalty for that larger E-rated tire (21 lb per tire heavier than stock!) is obvious. But the load capacity (especially on that wider tire) is much higher, too.

Yeah, the Hellwig is also solid (not hollow). A long time ago on another thread, I weighed them for comparison.

I like the LT275-70/18 size as it most closely same in diameter and circumference to factory OEM 275-55/20, and my speedo is only slow by 1-2 mph.
