The vehicles can't be sold from the dealers until the recall is completed. So they're working backwards so they can continue to sell them.

I just looked up my VIN and I'm apart of the recall. My truck is already at the dealer for something unrelated, and they told me today (9/23/24) that they didn't have the fix for the recall yet. They said I'll get a letter at some point and to bring it back then.
