Yeah I tried calling Uconnect and they said go to the dealer, I also have an appointment next Monday. Have you been prompted to download an update, or know what software version you are running?
I just got back from the dealer, they weren't able to do anything today besides try what I've already tried and find star cases/TSB's relating to the same issue. The main radio specialist was out so when he comes back they are going to manually load the latest software onto the radio and see if that fixes anything
Dealer just texted me that the radio specialist was able to load the update onto a USB drive, going back in this afternoon to apply the update. We'll see if that fixes anything and what the resulting software version isJust got a text from the service manager saying it needs an update but they can't find the right one. They have a Star case open now.

Just picked mine up and the manual update fixed things, finally able to listen to Sirius
