Well I’m a little late to the show for this forum. I actually just had the SST 3.5 ready lift installed with the off road package less than 24 hours ago. Not 25 miles later I noticed the knuckle arm was making contact with the springs on both sides at full lock and when going bumps. Currently sitting at the shop now for a way ahead. Looked at the instructions with the kit and it didn’t mention the “not recommended“ with off road package and the shop wasn’t aware either. May end up adding smaller spacers up front or just removing it completely. Kinda pissed off right now.

I thought they finally listed the off road package issues on their website. If they still don’t have that on their website and in the directions that is inexcusable. They are well aware of issues with this fitting the ORP trucks. Sorry to hear about that. The truck looks fantastic. You can always do what I did and run it without the preload spacer.

It’s on their website yes. However I purchased directly from a local shop and didn’t look much into ready lift besides watching some videos of their stuff. When they opened the box and started installing there was no note on the Instructions. It wasn’t until after I paid and started noticing the noise that I looked it up and found out. I had the shop remove the front preload spacers and kept everything else. Still a little pissed, waiting for the shop’s response on a partial refund for this, otherwise it’s all coming off and I’ll just got with the 3inch Fabtech. Only reason I got new tires was because of the lift, I didn’t need them if I was just going to a damn level.

Did you install the pre-loaded spacers? If you did that’s the issue you are having

Sorry I should have read more... yes the spacers being off should work
Yea I removed the front spacers and left everything else on. Shop is working on a refund from ready lift. Back seems to be a little higher than the front now.

3.5"SST w/ ORP is supposed to be run w/o preload spacer.

Hope it works out and you get at least something back. Truck still looks good though, plus the ride is improved without the preload spacer.

Yea I had them removed. Everything else was installed. I honestly didn’t know. Shoot said ready lift would credit 100 back but I’m not happy with that so I’m waiting to see what the shop will do. It does run better w/o the preloaded. By not the look I completely wanted. Still looks good though, thanks.

After reading all 9 pages twice I have concluded what I'm going to buy today. I have a 2020 Ram Rebel and the front measures 22 3/4" from center of hub to fender. So I'm going to buy:
1. ReadyLift UCA's off Amazon
2. Motofab 2.5" front leveling pucks
3. Motofab 1.5" rear leveling pucks

This should give me a 3.5" lift over a standard Ram 1500 in the front and 2.5" in the rear. The truck should have a slight rake with the rear roughly 1 inch higher. I will have about 1.5 inches of clearance to fit in my garage with 35's. I plan on playing it safe using a 20x9" wheel and 35x11.5.

If you have done this yet... how did it turn out? I’m thinking of removing the RL front top hat spacers and getting the motofab 2.5” for the front since I couldn’t use the preloads from RL.

I purchased the 2.5 front and 1” rear spacer. It was less than $100 for both. I’ll post a pic after I get it done. It’ll have to wait until the end of the month though.

So here it is 2019 Ram Rebel. 3.5” readylift, tonneau, fuel anza 20/9 wheels, 34” BFG KO 2s, NFab side steps
Hey I know very old post hoping your still here to answer a couple of questions. I just got my 21 rebel measures 22 in front as well. Did you use the whole complete readylift kit preload and top hat spacer on your truck as well as rear spacers obviously? Are you still owner of this truck and have you had any CV problems? And lastly how were angles on the CVs? Did you have any vibrations in 4x4 at take off? I have my kit setting in barn and still up in the air of using pre load or not. Anyway thanks in advance hoping you can give me some input. And very nice truck as well.

Hello. I don’t have a rebel but do have the ORP, the same as the rebel regarding the 1” higher suspension. I have seen in previous post that if measuring 22” you might be okay using the entire kit. Personally, I wouldn’t use the front pre loaded spacer. CVS are good. 4x4 is also good. I have almost 4K miles on this kit already and have had no issues. Hope this helps.
