Price negotiated from MSRP

I just want to sing the praises of Mark Dodge. I was going to wait until I was due for an oil change to test drive a 2025. I found one locally I liked and checked it out. Only downside was the lack of the power up tailgate feature on the multi-function tailgate which sucks because I like the Ram’s head better than the huge letters across the tailgate. Anyway that killed it for me (sounds petty I know) and I wasn’t married to the color. I was shocked at how quiet and smooth the Hurricane is though.

I wasn’t in a rush to buy but I usually keep an eye out to see what Mark has. I ended up pulling the trigger on a 2025 Night Edition limited. MSRP was $90,100 with $18.5 in discounts and rebates. With my 2020 trade I was OTD at 42K. Never felt like I was getting a bad deal or making a mistake buying. Now I’m just waiting to work out the shipping logistics.

Nothing against dealerships but after this experience I’ll never step foot in a dealership again if I can help it unless I’m test driving something I want to buy.
Would you give me the info on your trade in (year, make, model, mileage)? I'm trying to get smart on what I should expect (in addition to the KBB, Edmunds, JD Power quotes). Thanks and congrats on a very nice purchase.

My trade in was a 2020 Limited around 73K ish miles. What MD offered was pretty close to what KBB quoted.

I'm seeing up to $17K discounts + $3K trade bonuses on some MY25 Limited trims around central FL. Almost tempting, but I don't need two trucks.

$64k MSRP: 2025 Big Horn Crew Cab w/ 6’4” Box + Level2 + tow package + some other upgrades for $46k. $18k off MSRP.

Thought you might get a kick out of this quote I received. This is for a 2025 Limited.

So they added an extended warranty, overcharged for window tint and some air in the tires, and fraudulently charged for standard equipment? At least their dealer/BS fees aren't too far from the norm, for around here at least. I'd also rather see the window sticker or invoice price than whatever "Market Value Selling Price" is.

ETA: Is that from Greenway?

Yep! Spot on Grimreefer.

great deal. I got 12K off, 18k is amazing, that's like 28% off? Yowzers. I was happy with my ~18% off.

Sticker price was $89,395. But I ended up with about $10,500 in incentives, and about $33,000 for trade in on the 2021 Laramie minus the $10,000 still owed on it. Financed about $56,000 at 3.9% for 72 months.

Payments would be $871.94 if I paid the minimum. I'll likely pay $1,027 per month, which will pay off the note in 60 months if we kept it that long, which we probably won't. I've been making an $800 payment since July 2021 on the Laramie. With inflation, that's about $950. So for about $77 more a month, we've moved up from a Laramie to an extremely nice Level A Limited with almost all the options.

Oh, and I've figured the sales tax and registration at about $3,600 total. That's going to be my only primary out-of-pocket cost right now, except for the extras I described earlier.
