Price negotiated from MSRP

Yeah, 23% off sounds like a max number right now, but be careful because that's about half from Stellantis and half from the dealer. Looked at that way, Stellantis has been about 10-12% off with all their rebates and promotions up until now..

So just maybe, maybe they offer another 5 or 10% from the factory, and if by chance it's 10% more, then you are getting close to 35% overall. But if and I mean if that happens you are then about 20 or 22% off from the factory and that would truly be a big number.

The chance of 35% from Stellantis seems about zip, but even still a big discount could be coming.

I was of course very interested in this being true as I have a Laramie on order. Clearly not true currently looking at the Ram website so I decided to watch the video and all I can say is that guy is hard to watch and seems to mostly care about acting like he is the coolest guy vs the bullies? He put out another video today to respond to the folks saying he was wrong and is still trying to claim he is right - he mentions a local dealership near him govong huge discounts but their website doesn't show the discounts he talks about. In the end seems this TK character is just blowing smoke.

35% Really? There's a catch. I called a Ram dealer in Los Angeles today. He claimed the deal is evolving and not close to 35% yet, and only applies to lower trims, possibly not Laramie and above.

Cutting to the chase, he said on a $63k Big Horn msrp, Stellantis would today give about $6500 and the dealer about $6500, so there's just $13,000 off on $63,000. While a good discount it's Nowhere near 35%.

As we say down in the country, it seems "There's some dog in this cat," so we'll have to wait and see if the 35% or any big discount ever materializes.

Maybe in a few weeks this may become fully rolled out, however at present there seems to be no such thing as 35% off, and may never be.
^^This is is exactly correct. There are some qualifier rebates that can get your bighorn up a little further, in some regions, but generally speaking this is correct.

Just picked up a 2025 Big Horn from Granger Motors in Iowa the Friday after Christmas. Originally I stopped to place a custom order (really wanted Rambox and 33gal fuel tank) but was told production had slowed and to expect 4-9 months for delivery. Saw this on the lot with a 12/2024 build date - just off the delivery truck - and decided to go for it.

2025 Big Horn Granite Crystal
Level 2
Night
Bed Utility
SST/3.92/Side Steps/Mats

- $63.9k MSRP
- Paid $48.2k (before TTL) - could have been lower as I did not qualify for the $2k Ford Conquest cash.

Currently trying to decide on new build vs used. I have a Laramie build ~$71k down to ~$51k (~9k dealer, $10.5k incentives) in reading posts this seems like a decent deal, but any thoughts on pulling the trigger now vs waiting for potential future incentives or staying away from the unknown of the I6?

What is unknown about the I6? They've been using them in the wagoneers for a while now. 28% off? Build it!

Sounds like a good deal but I am curious about granger telling you 4-6 months on a custom order and if that was just a sales tactic. I ordered on 12/18 and had a VIN and D1 status the next day with est delivery of 1/23. That said I've stayed in D1 for a couple weeks now so maybe things will not met the original schedule.

Maybe i am reading to much into the issues some have reported on this site with check engine lights and truck constantly in the shop. + call me old fashioned but I do like an actual dipstick (not a hill i'll die on, but electronics do fail and sometimes simple = better)

Does Lakeland Dodge still offer aggressive pricing for new orders? The most recent mention of them in this thread is a couple of years ago.

I don't think so but, hey, worst they can tell you is no.

Seems like the secret is out on the deals and straight talk from @AnthonyRI And the folks at Mark Dodge. C-tech and Truck + SUV talk released videos in the last couple days about their RHO orders and experience with Mark Dodge and now other you tube channels are picking it up and spreading the word.

Which dealer is this? That’s a great deal.

If you really want or need a new truck, and you already know the issues with some of the I6 owners, then the deal that was listed above is pretty good.
By the time the truck is built, possibly some of issues will be resolved.
Get a long extended warranty (Mopar only).

can someone tell me if they think now is a decent time to order a new ram 1500 with current rebates/offers? im about to go down to the local dealer tomorrow and talk to them just didnt know if the current offers are any good.

here is the order sheet they sent me with the total price without the rebates and taxes.

That isn't a terrible deal but you could buy that truck for significantly less from Mark Dodge or Granger and others. I would get a quote from Mark Dodge and ask that dealer how close they can get. The other nice part on an order is you lock in your price and rebates when you order but can change them if they are better at delivery.

yea i know i could probably get it less from mark but then i wouldnt be able to do a trade in for my current truck since im in colorado and dont think i want to drive that far. i might ask them when i go in about getting it a bit lower.

I thought about selling the truck and just dealing with mark but then i would have to sell it first then make the order to be sure i sold it before the new truck came in, but then there is an issue with another vehicle to drive until then as i use my ram as my primary/only vehicle, got a family car i probably could borrow but really dont want to do that.

or if someone happens to know a comparable dealer within reasonable driving distance of colorado that deals in high volume like mark i could get a quote from i could go that route.
