Interestingly, dealers are all over the place. One dealer has updated to reflect only $1000. Others still claim 7K.
Yeah, it seems like they are in the dark as much as we are and just trying to keep up.

I would not settle for less than 27% on a big horn. Might need to wait a few months. Resale is one of the reasons I am looking at a fairly stripped Larimie instead of a fairly loaded BH.So I pressed pretty far (might be able to squeeze a tiny bit more) but they weren't negotiating much with me. Of 5 dealers, best offer was 39659 incl doc fee on a 51710 big horn. That's 23.3% off. Not ecstatic about it, but it is tempting.
Is the 0% 84 month only for brand new vehicles or is a used 2020 eligible too?
Congratulations and welcome!First post!
2020 Limited 4x4 w/ most of the options
MSRP: $70,850
Price (without doc fee): $61,282
0% for 84 months w/ zero down
Price would have been 4-5k lower with rebates. They said they can offer 0% or rebates, but not both.
My trade was a wash. Added GAP for 591 and overpaid for a 7yr/100k MaxCare plan at 2175 (versus 1925 online) for piece of mind (I won't buy an FCA product without a warranty). Overpaying for these by a little didn't bother me as much because they went into the 0%.
Nicest vehicle I've ever had and not the highest payment I've had. Love it
Nice! Congrats. I'm waiting for the factory to re-open to order mine which is very similar to yours. I can't wait. I'm on the fence about ordering the pano. I live in S. Fla and was worried it might add too much heat to the cabin. Let me know how it fares in Vegas.First post!

Looks like for Laramies the rebates are sitting at $4k on quad cabs, but only $2500 on crew cabs.

Greetings.
First time poster here and wanted to thank the group for the valuable insights you've provided. The guidance I've read has been incredibly helpful.
I'm ready to hop into a Ram (but definitely not an #ALLBLACKDODGERAM as I can't handle that level of awesome yet) and I'm here to solicit the collective wisdom of the forum members.
Unfortunately I and a few dealers I have been working with have been unable to locate an optioned truck I'd like so ordering will be necessary. I'm aware the manufacturing plant is shut down due to COVID-19. I'm also aware I'd only be able to take advantage of any manufacturer incentives/rebates at the time of delivery/hand off of the truck (something I learned from the forum, so thanks again).
With that context out of the way I was hoping to get some opinions on what one of the dealers has provided. I could potentially do a trade in with a value of ~$18,000 but the dealer and I haven't discussed that. I'll likely won't go with the 0%/84 month option as I can easily obtain a loan of <2.3% though a lender.
$58,335.00 MSRP
$52,754.00 Dealer Sale Price (this is 9.5% off the MSRP above)
$599.00 Processing Fee
$2,315.52 Taxes
$77.75 DMV Registration
$55,746.27 Total (again, no manufacturer incentives/rebates are in this total)
So forum members, looking at that 9.5% above and considering I haven't provided any counter offers, what would you do?
For what it's worth the salesman did include a $47,754.00 sale price which does not include taxes, DMV registration, processing fee for a dealer trade/in-stock option which, again, my optioned truck isn't within ~200 miles of my home in Virginia. Using some basic math it looks like the manufacturer rebates/incentives total $5000 at this current time.
See the attached quote for a line-item breakdown.
Thank you in advance!

If you are on the east coast I would reach out to Craig Benner at Koons CDJR. They are located in the Washington D.C. area. You can order a truck from him for 8% below dealer invoice, which is roughly 15.5% off MSRP and you, would still get any applicable rebates at time of delivery. You can also get an additional $1K USAA or $1k Penfed discount. You cannot get both USAA and Penfed, just one. Based on your MSRP the approximate price before rebates would be $49,585, $48,595 if using Penfed or USAA discount, plus $799 processing fee. I reached out to a few local dealers to see if they could come close but I haven't heard back from any of them. So I guess I got my answer. They will also pick you up at Reagan or Dulles airport. So it looks I will be taking a road trip with my new Limited and hopefully the rebates will be even better than they are now. Consider selling your car to Carmax or Autobuy, We Buy Any Cars.com etc.. I sold my last car to Carmax and it was a very easy experience and I got more than a fair price.
I think he's saying it's a good deal for a custom order. Not a good deal for buying a truck in stock at a dealership.15% off msrp is 9k off a 60k truck. How is that a good deal? I see 60k msrp Rams for under 50k all day without even trying hard. Or am I misunderstanding you?
