Price negotiated from MSRP

So looking at their website, their new rates aren’t great. But then on the refinance it says 3% off presented rate? It’s kind of confusing. So the key is refinancing with them then I guess? My credit score is never above 800 so I don’t know what I would qualify for, wonder what their brackets are for that. I may call them and check it out.

Thanks for sharing, that’s good info.
They will take 3% off your current rate without going below 1.99% Their new purchase rates are not so attractive so the key is to refinance with them.

I’m new to this forum. I’m getting a 2019 Laramie LongHorn.
MSRP 83845.
Final price 72984.50 including freight.
Is this a good deal ?
Thanks in advance.

My $64K Limited sold to me for $56 in April. If they just add up discounts you dont qualify for then you have to give somewhere. How did that limited get up to 71K? I haven’t seen one that high. Must be dealer add-ons. Perhaps you could get those removed.

A fully-loaded Limited in the US will get to $71,000 pretty easily - just add everything. :D BUG, eTorque, Level 1, 3.92, anti-slip diff, RAM Boxes. My truck was a shade under $70k and I didn't get RAM Boxes.

Truth. I don't have RAM boxes or eTorque and my Limited was just a shade under $67K. Fortunately, I bought it at the end of June, and we all know about those deals!

1500 or 2500. Sounds like a 2500, but sounds too good to be true.

The New car rate I got: 2.79% / 60 months with Bank of America on 7/1/19 – good credit score

Sorry, It is a 1500 . The final negotiated price was 70500.00. They included the mopar roll up bed cover which I decided against. The dealer wrote me a cheque for 550.00 for the cost of the bed cover....so 69950.00 is what the deal worked out too.

I have my eye on a few listings. Meant to take a ride over to a local dealer last weekend but dad went into the ER so my weekend time was occupied. I'm hoping to pull the trigger this August.

Two days until rebates change folks....

So just for fun...
Are you thinking rebates increase? or buy before July 31 and save money?

I found a couple decent deals but can't get into the dealer by the end of 7/31. I might be forced to wait until August unless I somehow get out of work to make a July purchase.

Do I think they increase? Yes. Especially since they aren’t doing but one Trim level now.

But do I think they will be 15% off again, unsure lol. I hope not lol. Because then I have to buy a new truck again. But for some of you, I hope so. People cleaned up in June.

Edit: they may wait until closer to Black Friday to get super aggressive again. Historically their Black Friday deals haven’t been that awesome. But who knows this year? 2020 production started though and there’s a decent amount of 2019 left. And they have a chance to be the best selling truck of the year. So everyone should take advantage of that unless you are in your dream truck. (I’m not that attached)

Yes I did. Got about 18k off

Yea that’s insane. I’m curious how and the trade in will be lol, my truck was 58k sticker, average sells for what 48-50? But some paid like 43 in June. So if they come back with the huge rebates, what can I get with 12k miles? 38? 36? 34? Lol

2019 Ram 1500 Lone Star

MSRP $49,750

This truck was not sitting on a dealer lot long - the manufacture date is July of 2019.

Hey all, I am new here as I just find this forum but so glad I did!

Was offered this deal today. What are your thoughts.

2019 1500 Sport

MSRP CND $68,560..
Offered price $51,483
Plus $2000 off from loyalty program and 1% off the finance rate
So total is $49,483

5.7L
12inch screen with Alpine
22inch rims
Bucket seats
Heated seats wheel
Remote start

They offered me 5k lower than I wanted for my trade in and this deal is only good till July 31.

I am debating selling my car privately but worried I might not get your offer again.

Thoughts/advice?

Thanks all

That is a great deal. It’s about 30% off I think.
