Price negotiated from MSRP

Looking at a rebel near me. should I buy now or wait till March? Any idea what incentives or interest will do?

1) Not bad! Depending if you finance or not. If you do for 0% 60mo or 72 mo. then you will not qualify for rebates. I took the 0% 72 because it saved more than the measly 1500 rebate. (But then go read my recent posts here regarding this finance).
2) They will put locking lugs on the wheels and wash, test drive, do their vehicle check (there is actually an extensive list they are supposed to follow that is on techauthority. Doubt that most do this. Also, they may top off the gas. They will pull off the protective wrap, wash, etc. All this was included in mine. Most likely built into my cost and not itemized like yours.
Depending how OCD you are about your paint, you could ask them to keep the wrap on and not wash it. Have an appointment ready at a reputable Detailer to drive straight from dealer to prep the paint, put on ceramic coating on entire truck and add some PPF on front bumper and rear wheel flares. Do Not Have Dealer do these! Same for tinting.
3) negotiate your add ons after you settled on price. Maybe 4 or 6 oil changes for free? A tonneau cover? Maybe a bed divider or RamBox dividers thrown in? Use these to “seal the deal” before you give deposit check. I’m sure others here will chime in with more ideas. Personally, I am waiting for better after market options to come in.
4) mine was 8 weeks to take delivery (and that was including the 3 week SH shutdown to retool the plant for our DT builds). It’s a crapshoot, really.
Good luck and enjoy the ride!

Thanks for the advice. I somehow have never heard of this ceramic coating. I’ll be picking it up 5 hours away so that’s something I’ll have to see if anyone does it in my area. If it takes 24+ hours can’t do it over there.
As far as the extra throw ins and things like that....
So he sent me the invoice and the price I listed above... is this where you are recommending I say something along the lines of... “Yes this all looks good, just a few contingencies. I want you to take off the prep charge, and throw in a bed divider and I’ll call it a deal”... or something along those lines?

As far as bed divider goes... can the led lights, rail and dividers be added to a bed with ram boxes?

OK so here is my current offer.. I haven't countered yet..

Crew cab
Rebel 12 (with hk speakers)
Level 2

Bed Utility Group
Hemi non-etorque
Pano roof
Air Suspension
Blind spot
Trailer brake
bedliner

truck - 58139 (invoice - 57193)
doc fees, prep, wheel locks, $388.81 (tax paid in state, this truck is out of state)
Rebates - 2750

Total - 55777.81

I think anything under 53k would be a sold truck.

under 50 would be a good price
I don’t think 12 grand under sticker is realistic for a Rebel 12, especially since they are not making them with the HK stereo anymore. That truck he’s looking at is turning into a unicorn lol. Might be the most limited build across the entire lineup.

Factory order on Laramie
MSRP: 58 grand
After dealer discount 51 grand
Ideal target between 49 to 50 grand

Factory rebates will take on delivery

Is my target viable?

All I know is that I won't buy a Laramie unless its 23.6 % off msrp

Good luck but that’s just not realistic for most people.

I'd be pleased with $12K off an MSRP of $64K. If I end up going for a 1500 instead of a Power Wagon that may be my target.

MSRP was $60,120 on November 30 purchase,
Dealer Discount was $5194
Rebates, Bonus cash $6500
net $47,041 plus fees and taxes for purchase ($50,605.06 out the door)

0% Finance 72 months
Dealer Discount & Rebate $6620
net $53,500 plus fees and taxes ($57,105.06 out the door)

took the 0% 72 month with discount - better than finance at market rates with my Credit Union

There were several at that time, total included a bonus $500 FCA cash, military (retired) among them. I was leasing a Silverado LT through Feb 1st, so the 90 day delay with 0% 72 month financing let me buy the RAM early without making a lease and a payment at the same time. RAM beats the Silverado hand down!
