ORP Springs + Leveling Kit on 2019 Ram 1500

Got mine done over the weekend. Setup info is below:

Front -
ORP Springs (Thanks Scott Church)
Motofab 2" spacer
Mopar control arms

Rear -
2" Motofab spacer
Rough Country shocks

Wheels & Tires -
OEM 20" wheels
295/60/20 - Falken WildPeak AT3W

Overall the ride did not change too much. The biggest difference for me is the wheel and tire setup. I went from LT275/70/18 to the 20's. I can feel the added weight.

That’s a nice transformation; glad some of the info I posted helped you out. (y)

Looking for some help with the rear ORP springs. Anyone know the part number you bought and if you had to buy a right and left it if the springs are interchangeable for either side? Thanks

There you go. "Lifted Spring Equivalent" refers to the ORP springs.
So, make sure i have this correct, find my non orp spring based on my vin lookup and then go over to the lifted equivalent and order that?
Where did you get this nifty sheet?
I feel like this could be a sticky post itself for people to reference.

It's from all of our troubles of not having the correct off road springs on many of the built to serve trucks. Sure you could do that if you wanted to but it's really just for a list of part numbers associated with the 1" lifted "ORP" springs.

So those are all part numbers for springs or what is stared are the springs and the other numbers are other parts of the suspension?

Those are just springs. Non lifted and lifted.

Ignore the stars. Those were just drawn to mark what a certain customer needed. This list came about because a bunch of us with the Built to Serve Editions had non-ORP springs put on our trucks at the factory when they were supposed to have the ORP springs. This list was sent by FCA to dealerships so that they could check what springs are on our trucks and order the proper ORP replacements. So for example my truck had xxx0237AB front springs and xxx2680AB rear springs, so my dealer replaced them with xxx0250AC front and xxx2684AB rear.

How did you find out your trucks exact spring part number that had been installed?

is there a reason you went with new shocks in the rear?

also can you do me a favor and take a pic of your front sway bar links in the front,

I think for some reason my drive side is binding,

I have a slight sqeak when i hit bumps, it looks like the socket may have popped out .

Everything else is tight I'm leaning towards the front sway bar.

Anyone that has done the rear spacers 2 and 1 inch. Did you replace your shocks and did it help?

I have the rear spring spacers and replaced my shocks. Realistically you should be replacing the rear shocks if you do a lift because the factory shocks will then become the limiting factor in suspension travel and that will in turn damage the shock over time. I have the rough country shocks and I personally like them.

Did you replace your rear springs with the ORP springs or just use the spacer? Is there any benefit in your opinion to replacing the springs in the rear vs using just a spacer?

I only used a spacer. I went the spacer route because it was the only option that gave me enough lift, the ORP rear springs would have left me level and I still wanted rake.
Generally speaking I would take a spring over a spacer, but I have no complaints with my setup.

scott,

can you do me a favor and take a pic of your front sway bar links? in my previous post i asked another member to post a picture of his, i have a sqeak when going ofver bumps and a small clunk when the suspension really compresses. it looks as if my drive side link may have bound up when i did the lift.

everything else is tight and torqued. just trying to see what everyone elses looks like
