Is it normal to be in I status for multiple days? Been there since 2am Tuesday and didn't know if etorque could be holding it up or if this is just standard.

Normal? normally no. Normal for FCA regarding this new Ram, plus you're not the first to be in I status for a few days. Unsure of what the right answer is Ill say yes its "normal" and your way ahead of many.

It used to be that they would randomly pull a vehicle from the line to give it a thorough inspection to ensure thing were going as planned. Most of the time you would never know that your vehicle was in this status because it moved quickly on its way to KZ. As @sgk says things seem to be quite different with this truck lately. Who knows what is normal anymore? I probably wouldn't be to concerned unless it sat for more than 5 days or so. My Rebel build has been in I status since May 25th but unless this is what you're having built don't let it get to you.

I was in I status for 3-5 days now I have been in KZ for 31-32 days and might be longer

Congrats man! 10 weeks and 5 days from order to delivery. I would say that timeline is not terrible for a new truck lunch.

I have had NO luck tracking with Cassens. Entered VIN and Dealer # but I keep getting the not found number? Do I need to wait a couple more days or do they sometimes use other delivery firms?

You sure it is being transported by them? Mine never was. I just tracked it calling RAM directly. Those on the phone had better info than the online chat. Honestly though the day it got to the dealer I had called RAM that morning and they told me it was still at the last train yard stop. Soooo ya........

The dealer can track it best though once in KZ

How can you find out which truck company transports? Man I read some old posts (years old) where ppl were activating their uconnect and tracking it that way .......kinda the way onstar works with GM
