I had wanted the Blue Shade but didn’t feel like waiting for it so I ordered it in Patriot
Those were my sentiments but I went Max Steel. Technically, I ordered it in Max Steel before Blue Shade was announced simply because Patriot Blue is a little too blue for me. If Mark Dodge was willing to try and change it I might pursue it, but it's not worth getting reinvoiced at a much higher price.

My dealer says that he absolutely can't list a "sold order" for sale (that's why he requires a deposit, because it's unmarketable until it shows up and is cleared from sold status). But I have found a few dealer listings that have matching VINs to member orders. And when I mentioned it to a member, he checked with his dealer, who said that ALL of their orders are automatically posted up online.
So I don't know what the right answer is.
My salesman, who is their internet sales specialist (small dealer-only 3 sales people), told me that as soon as a vehicle is released to them (not sure exactly what that means) it is automatically posted to their inventory and he has to be vigilant about removing sold vehicles ASAP. Mine was online for about 12 hours and they had numerous inquiries before he got it taken down.

In our endless hunt for patterns around here, I'm pretty sure I see one. Ram WANTS you guys to reorder, so they can build according to what they know they can more realistically do, parts-wise (and at the new price points), as opposed to what you've already ordered, which is probably something harder for them to put together.

I would normally agree with you but in my case they built the truck but not according to my order. So that is simple a mistake. They just screwed up in my case. If there is a more sinister plot you may be right!

You forgot ORG. That one seems to be rare, except where it is standard on the Rebels. Maybe just the pick up is low. But I think its one of the things holding mine up

I agree. I'm seeing a lot more Trailer Tow Group on window stickers than ORG, but it could also be that ORG just isn't popular (those people would just buy a Rebel), especially if people don't want an elocker. Looking at window stickers on Limiteds I've still only seen 1 that had what I ordered that was an ED and it had MORE (higher VIN too). It's gotta be package quantity thing. They're making more money off of selling a Bighorn with ORG and a Bighorn with Tech Package and Ramboxes, etc than they would with our pre-price increased Limiteds' so here we sit.....

And here I can't even get a ****ing VIN

I wonder though....if this was an existing order that just got "sold". From Build to ship in 20 days?

Contacted my dealer today and my truck should be at the train depot on the 12th. He said it takes 1 - 2 weeks to travel the 23 miles to the dealership. So close yet so far...

It goes on a train for 23 miles? That makes no sense. They must not have any drivers for the car haulers.

No it gets off the train in Mechanicville, NY and it is 23 miles from there to the dealership. I am guessing it does that part via a car hauler

I hope the car hauler is more careful than the one that did this. A guy on the TRX forum finally got his truck after a 5 month wait. And as they unloaded it, they destroyed the roof.
