RAM support told me today they are still only building 10 RAM Box a day and to check back in a few weeks! At this pace it will shipping issues I might have to wait 16 weeks to get my truck! Not happy at all!

I'm on week 11 and still haven't been built, so ya, 16 is probably the minimum for me.

well i just got a call from my dealer about a hour ago. my truck came in today. i ordered on 4-11 it went to KZ status last monday the 9th and got to my dealer today the 19th. 14 weeks and 1 day from my order, but it only took 10 days for shipping. hope that means the shipping process is going quicker for every one. i'm picking it up tomorrow at noon.

It finally arrived! Picked it up late last night. Only got to drive it about 20 miles so far but first impressions are great. Amazingly smooth and quiet. Here is the tracking information for those that want something to compare time frames to. I seemed to take a bit longer in a few stages ("I" status for 9 days, and storage before finally getting on a train for quite a while). I think mine just missed a train to the west so had to wait for the next full load I suspect.

congrats buddy. your truck looks great! every time i see a limited with the standard rims i know i made the right decision on my truck. mine just got to my dealer today. pick it up tomorrow.

Was at my dealer today and they told me that the carriers have a massive shortage of truck drivers to get vehicles to the dealers. Supposedly they are contracting with single flat bed owners to deliver one vehicle at a time. My truck is unloaded and waiting for a ride to my dealer. I'm in WI so not sure if this is a regional issue or national issue.

Mine is still in Louisville as of this morning. It's been there all week. I was told to check again tomorrow as thar will be the 14th day in KZ status. Apparently, they can expedite the truck after 14 days. Looking like it should make it by this time next week. That'll mean I'll be making a final 1200 mile trip in my F150 next week as I've been in Michigan most of the last 2 months.

I know this may be a silly question, how do you access MOTS to check the status of a build?

It is not a silly question but one that has been answered a few times. Use the search button and you will find you need to go to Jeep Garage, sign up paying 25 dollars, private message the site administration your vin and wait a few hours.

I just got a text from my salesman. The truck arrived at the rail yard in Orlando. Sounds like it'll be at the dealer Monday. Looks like I need to get things around for my 1200 mile road trip.

My truck was parked in the Budd Yard with KZ status on 7/16. I'm only 2 hours north of the plant and I can tell you I will start getting really annoyed if my Truck doesn't get here within a week of being in KZ and ready to ship when I could walk there and pick in up in less time.

Well get ready my friend, my truck has been ready to ship since 5/30. The truck is about 200 miles north of my dealer so harness your expectation. I'm pissed and seriously thinking about telling them to keep it and go buy 19 GMC. I was trying to convert over but FCA is really a joke. This company really have a lack of true communication, I hate liars.

I am in WI too. My dealer uses Moore Transport 13227 S Torrence Ave, Chicago, IL (Hagewisch, IL). I am pretty sure you dealer prolly uses them too. From the looks of MOTS your truck is with "Moore Transport"

I have their direct phone number (734-915-2299). They can "tag" it for expedited shipment. They did that for me. From the looks of MOTS it appears your truck might be delivered today or tomorrow though because its on the truck and on its way to the dealer.

Why not call the transport company directly? Thats what I did and seem to help alot.

Actually my truck made it to Orlando as of this morning. I'll be on the road to Florida probably late tomorrow so I can drive straight through and get home around 6pm Sunday. Traveling with my dog slows me down by about an hour or so.

its nation wide, my dealer told me today that my truck is done, just sitting in the yard waiting, despite tracking shows I am in inspection. They are trying to get it on a transport heading our way. The GM still thinks it will be here by the end of month. Keeping fingers crossed.

Shipping is stressed, not enough rigs or drivers. Train tracks that run beside our distribution center stay busy, more trains than I have seen before. Casualties of a hot economy, Companies are stocking the Warehouses.

Update on my Rebel today. The dealer let me trade in my old truck and purchase the new one even though it hasn’t arrived yet. It’s in Kansas right now and still set to arrive next week. They said I was in KZT status last week. Actually getting failry excited.

My tracking info just became available on Cassen's website. No dates or anything but my VIN being in their system has to be a positive sign right.... Anyone else get on Cassens transport site and track there vehicle? How many days from the VIN number entering their system until delivery or a movement update?
