That's correct. I know they are running behind in production and probably have a huge backlog of orders to fill - but also not sure how allocation plays a role in all this. Another truck was delivered with mine and it appears it was a sold truck as well - it hasn't shown up in their inventory and my trade already has!

Not totally surprising since from date of order it typically takes a week or a little more to enter into D1. I think mine took 10 days. Then you figure most trucks are sitting in D1 for 25+ days it’s seems like. Anyone that hopefully ordered in May should move forward soon if that same “trend” continues.

I check daily. I check my account on Jeep Garage which I paid for and is updated through MOTS and I compare it with the Jeep Online chat who also updates me. I also get an update emailed to me every friday from Stericycle but no one can get that service with Stericycle I have a weird case
 
Does anyone know of a good way to try to track your truck once it hits shipping on your own?

RAM customer service is telling me all they can ever see is KZ and once it hits shipping they can’t really follow it beyond that.

I don’t feel like paying for the Jeep Garage thing at this point honestly and was hoping to toss the VIN on some auto trackers website and follow it that way. Cassens and Jack Cooper neither give me any results. Are there any other transport companies FCA uses I could try?

I did ask the dealer but they just have yet to get back to me and I’m very impatient at this point and just want my truck hahah.....
 
It took a week for me to show up on Cassens... it sat at the plant for a few days before they picked it up.... are you trucked all the way or going by rail as well?

I’d imagine rail since my dealer is in Maryland. The strange thing is I have my dealers code and I can not pull up ANY delivery info from trucks on their lot on Cassens website. I would think I could see that info if they were using them from trucks they already have by using their VIN.

Since I entered KZ on 6/07 I’m REALLY hoping it’s on the move somewhere. I’d love to have the truck by this weekend but if not I’d like to think I could at least get it the following.

The Jeep Garage tracking was the best $30 I’ve spent so far on this truck. If they are still accepting new VINs, do it.

Just about to land in VA to pick up my truck!

Ah so you ordered from a VA dealer and live out of state? Which dealer did you use? I live in Northern VA outside of DC and no one seemed to give me the price I wanted and ended up getting my order placed in Maryland in the end. For me though it’s like a 75 mike drive so not too much of an *** ache obviously.
 
It'll go to the rail yard in Jessup, MD, like Flot's did. I'm not sure how to track FCA vehicles by rail - or who they use from Jessup to your dealer. Cassens (FCA) and Jack Cooper (Ford) are the two big ones in my area that haul direct to me from the plants.

Gotcha. Jessup is like 15 minutes from my dealer so it should be a real fast turn around I would think once it gets there. I don’t think they use Cassens since I can’t find any history of it.

Hopefully the dealer can tell me when it’s on the train etc....

Numerous other guys who ordered days and weeks after me with either etorque, ramboxes or both have moved to D1 on or around 6/1.
 
They is no specific order doesn't matter if someone ordered before or after you there is not a sequence of when your truck will hit production.
