Thanks! Does FCA use only Cassens for transport or is there another company.

I got on Cassens website to try to track previous deliveries to my dealership to see how long they took and I kept on getting zero results back when I tried searching using VINs from cars on their lot.

That certainly sucks...I'm guessing I'm in the same boat...Tell them that some Ram bonus cash would make you feel better :)

Can it be your dealer misspoke the actual delay issue? According to your other post you ordered Rambox and it seems like one of holding issues for now. I have my truck with off-road package on the train and there is no any open recalls or campaigns for its VIN.

Can someone explain to me why do you folks care about bonus cash vs 0% APR offer? Any finance calculator on Internet show that you will loose at least 1k if not using 0% offer. Folks, are you buying your trucks for cash?

Gotcha are those requested asking for them on the RAM website and how long do they typically take to arrive if so? I requested something maybe two weeks ago but have yet to get anything in the mail.

At least for my location, the 0% is only for 36 months.

Also the bonus cash is in addition to any other incentives I believe (I could be wrong)

In my area it's only 0% for 36 month....I have a better APR from my credit union vs the special APR on a 60 month term...

My dealer told me that current FCA condition is to choose between 0% and cash offers. My calculation is 1500 loss with bonus cash.

It took me requesting a brochure and information multiple times before I received it in the mail...ive tried recently again as I know it will expire ( probably before I get out of D status the way it's going) but I haven't gotten another one..Ram does keep sending me emails saying it expires.. thanks idiots...make my truck and I'll use it.

His exact words are " Ram is restricting the off road package due to a recall so they are not moving forward to the build. There is no eta as of now its a restriction on ordering with no eta for the fix"
