Sucks, dude. The only issue I've noticed with my '19 is the front end clunking. Luckily, it seems to progressively go away as I hadn't noticed it lately. I hope you get some type of resolution soon.

What is the "bouncing" issue you are referring too. I picked up my truck on Saturday but have not noticed this. Have not driven it much to date.

The first night it felt like a bounce or shake feeling and I would say now it is more of a slight vibration or shake feeling at highway speeds. Maybe a tire/alignment issue or something loose in the suspension or something. They have already re-balanced the tires but it is still there.

Im sorry. I felt the same way. I slowly chipped away at the issues. In fact I was pretty negative for a while as was expressed in my posts. Although I really enjoy my truck now. Problems like what you're experiencing really take away any enjoyment of driving. Noises and clunks. My clunk while turning drove me NUTS! I finally got it fixed.

I know the feeling of making payments on something and just not enjoying it. I hope they get resolved or get you a different truck. They really are great trucks and in my opinion are better than any other in the market. Ive driven them all.

I hope you get the truck to your level of expectation or get a new one. Good luck !

I’m hoping for some progress tomorrow. I hate being negative on here but when I discovered I also had a water leak the other day it kinda set me off. Now I just need to figure out if I need to ask for the carpet to be replaced.

The water leak would be a breaking point for me also. Its tough buying a new truck and expecting the best and getting the worst. I was very lucky I didn't get water in my truck. I dont know how because my drain tube seal was not installed on my passenger side. And it rained and rained and I washed my truck A LOT. So I out it in and just dont understand how I got lucky with not getting wet.

I can say though these are great trucks. They really are. Your truck is beautiful and love the ram boxes.

Just know there is a fix for the clunk. My way fixed mine but the dealers are replacing the isolators and absorbers. Those that have done that have reported the clunk gone.

The water leak I think I read another thread they have an idea on the fix for that. Those that report a front leak.

The AC performance.. I dont know. I can attest that I feel your pain on that. I am in Dallas and it gets hot. I dont know but mine seems to have gotten better. I dont know maybe wishful thinking.

The brake pedal does seem to have a lot of lateral movement. That is strange. I noticed it right away in mine also.

Mine when I would start it after a couple days would run like a 1970 350 in 30 degree temps. was was looking for the choke cable. BUT.. I started driving mine daily and it seems the problem has gone away. I also make sure to use 93 on every fill up. Seems like after a few tanks of that it went away.

I honestly hope you get it fixed to a level that's acceptable to you so you get to enjoy your new purchase.

I feel for you. These trucks are so easy to love when you see and drive them but these problems are making them easy to hate.

I've had the same wobble/shake/bounce issue since I drove my truck off the lot a couple of days ago. I've got the laramie quad cab. Thought I was being picky too. Have owned 5 tundras before this and am hoping this isn't the beginning of more problems! Were they able to fix or diagnose this problem? Thanks man

Hello Rcutler8,

Are you planning on visiting the dealer at all? I can get a case created before the appointment so you'll have an additional layer of assistance while in service. Send me a direct message if you'd like to discuss this more.

Well truck is at the dealer and I’m hoping I can get some good news at some point.

I love this truck but the frustration and time it takes me to deal with Ram and the dealership is so absurd. I am over it as well. After three months of getting nowhere on resolving the issues, the dealership has my truck for the last time(I hope). If any of you have serious issues where you need corporate involved DO NOT call 800-992-1997, they are completely useless and will get no where. Call 844-827-2006 to get a case number and with a little luck some forward momentum. Good luck

First news was not the good news I was hoping for. As I posted in the clunk thread, they replaced the two isolators, bolts, and absorbers and it did not fix the popping/clunk noise. They are now going to have order parts to try replacing all 5 isolators and see if that fixes it. No news on any of the other items yet. Sounding like truck is going to be there a while unfortunately. I thought that issue was the for sure item that was going to be fixed.

I remember, lol. Glad all is working out now. New vehicles will always require a lot of patients.

That is such a great looking (and optioned) truck, I really hope it works out for you.
