Hello all! I bought a 2020 BTS Level 2 equipment in July 2020, Is anyone else missing the american flags or locking center console from their build??

Dealer agreed to provide the "Mopar locking center console" as it's specifically listed on the window sticker. But they want me to pay $99 for each fender flag! I have been assigned a case # from ram cares and should hear from ram tomorrow.

Just want to know if anyone else has this issue? Haven't looked to see if I am part of spring gate yet...

Does the line US Flag Decal. appear in your build sheet (not window sticker)? Maybe they don't have those on Rambox equipped trucks due to where the decal is located.

Do you have a contact number for Debbie at Ramcare? I've seem to hit a wall with my Ramcare agent and they are basically brushing me off. Maybe you have a case number you could share with me so I can have them reference? I appreciate your help.

My case was closed out with the resolution that my dealership should have refused the truck at delivery if the springs were wrong so that will be no help. The number for Debbie is 833-873-7512 extension 3020732.

Spoke to my dealer and the ORP springs should be installed sometime next week. I asked while they have the springs out if they could throw on the bilsteins and they said no problem. Im still up in the air about what setting to go with based on what ive read and seen here. I could either go with setting 4 or go with 5 and a half inch spacer in the rear if its needed. Im wondering if setting 4 will give me enough lift in the front to run 275/65R20 duratracs without rub, anyone have any insight?

You can run that size no problem.

My replacement springs are ordered! I also ordered the Wulf 1/2" front strut spacers and will have the dealer throw them on while they have everything taken apart. I will take some good before and after photos and measurements.

Hi guys and gals! I just joined the forum and purchased a 2020 BTS Ecodiesel in Patriot Blue. Here's some crappy phone pictures for now. This is my first domestic ever and I've owned 15+ cars. Pretty excited about my MPGs so far and I'm looking forward to towing some stuff around. About that ORP spring situation. Does mine look too low to have them? I need to get under there and poke around to see. I hope I don't have to go through what many of you are dealing with right now!

Easiest way to tell with the springs is to just turn your wheels and take a picture of the tag with your phone. Fortunately for you we've done a lot of the leg work with members here and on our Facebook group. Word on the street is that FCA will be issuing a bulletin in the near future for our trucks. In the mean time we can get you Debbie's contact info and hopefully she can set you straight. It does appear to me that you could have the incorrect springs unfortunately. I could definitely be wrong but that's just how I'm interpreting your pics.

First photos I’ve seen of an Anvil BTS on a dealer lot.

They changed the style of the running boards on the 2021s. Look better than the boards on the 2020s.

Spring-gate Update: Truck is at the dealership now and is getting the new springs installed. They told me I should have the truck back by the end of the day, i’ll post measurements when i get the truck back but im also having the Bilsteins installed(finally) and new tires

This looks good would love to see one in person. Considered the BTS in this combination but could not find one anywhere nor could build one the ramtrucks configurator either.

Well, I will be changing my 2021 NavyEdt login due to the factory or the dealership screwed up my order and there will be no Navy edition coming for me. Very disappointed as the reason I was getting the Patriot Blue was the blackout which you can't order normally. Only BTS patriot blue was available. BUT...low and behold the 2021 "Limited" Night edition comes in Patriot Blue. So the dealership expedited the order, already have the Vin#. Should be here in 4 weeks according to the dealership. We'll see. I attached the factory picture. it's loaded, all the toys.
