Tried to have two different dealer update it but there is not even a service bulletin that my VIN would fall into either. Has nothing to with them getting paid oneway or the other.You are at KR20.12. That is why they won't update it under the recall. If the app version is at KR20.16 or lower, they won't do it because they fear they won't get paid under warranty. But that is only for the recall. If you are still in 3/36 they should update it under warranty. Or if you have a MaxCare warranty it should also be covered. It is possible you might get an OTA update if no other things apply
