Mopar’s “Ram Airflow” Cold-Air Intake System For Ram 1500:

You can add it to cart but says on back order for $798 plus $265 shipping which seems a little ridiculous.

Here is the official update on the Mopar Ram AirFlow Cold Air Intake...

Maybe I cannot read or understand this, but can anyone tell me exactly where to buy this? I cannot find the link nor a phone number of anyone who can tell me where to get this?

Before you go to the dealer, go to Mopar.com, if you have registered your new vehicle you can download a 15% coupon off parts at your dealer. The dealer I bought my truck has honored two of them so far.

I am NOT going to believe anyone has it unless they post a photo of it with 5thgenrams and today’s date. Heck I can say I have the TRX but really how many would believe me lol. :)

That was the favorite vehicle I ever owned. Wish I still had the WS.6.

I was hoping the hood on the Sport would be somewhat functional with a heat extractor or something, but instead we just get some pieces of plastic.

Jumped onto this thread to see if maybe the truck RAM AIR was worth it. Ran into Trans AM lovers :). I came close to selling mine once and luckily things turned around. 2000 Trans AM WS6 with 7K miles. Truck was hooked to the trailer for a few days so the garage queen got some daily driving.

For everyone doubting TheRebelPanda, I got a call on Friday saying mine was ready to be picked up. I will be picking it up Monday. Will post photos soon.

I personally am doubting no one, just doubting Mopar’s ability to put out what they say they are.

Just picked up. Will install a little later or tomorrow and post more pics. I can confirm that they are shipping. I barely ordered mine last week. Even my parts guy was surprised since they say backordered. If you are looking at getting one, I would say just order it and you might be surprised.

NICE! So, what did it cost you?

Maybe I’m doing something wrong as my parts guy isn’t finding access to this.

$925.00 plus tax. $1001.31 total. I would say a little pricey. But honestly I think it's worth it. When you see the quality of the intake. Let's hope for a good gain in preformance!

I don’t have a problem with the cost, just access lol.
Do you have a part number already? I can post a part number once I get back to the house later if anyone needs it. I know my dealer had to do some searching to find it.
