Lowered 5th gens?

Cool, I'm in College Station, I felt like none better than the company that makes the kit, to install my kit. There are plenty of good companies out there and All Out is one of the companies I was looking at, but the Tomball location. I just made a lil trip out of it and went to McAllen.

I’ll be installing my maxtrac and airbag kit here in a couple weeks. I’ll do a write up and vid while installing.

What maxtrac did you buy? Which airbag kit? Why not just go with Timbergrove CRM?

Also, the 4/6 drop from IHC is discontinued they only have the 3/5 now
I see it is not listed on the site but are you sure it is discontinued? The reason I ask is I just installed the 4/6 and I have some issues that I am not at all happy with. If they discontinued the kit, it would make alot of sense that I am not the only one having problems.

Yea I spoke to IHC on the phone and he said they don't sell it any more

who has 24s? looking to put on the factory reproduction 24s either the black snowflakes or the fr76, those that have 24s got some questions? thanks

for just the 2" rear drop springs (the correct ones that dont lower 2"+), is there experiance bottoming out or any negative ride characteristics/changes?

considering going with Bilstein 4600 or 5100 on all 4 corners when I do this.

Zero issues. Mine are for sale if you’re looking for some cheaper than new

I haven't had a single issue with bottoming out or anything. Rides just as good as it did before.20220301_142730.jpg

Yeah, I had zero issues when I had just the rear springs. I fact I hauled over 1400lbs of capstone in the bed with them and also towed over a ton of gravel several times with them.

I emailed Beltech today and inquired about the drop kits they are developing for the 5th Gen Rams. They responded and said they plan on late May for pre-orders. But, nothing so far about what kits they are developing.
Belltech has some information up on their website now. This is when you go to the page with the front coils.

“Belltech's 15005 front coilover kit is just right for you. This kit lowers the front end of your 2019+ Ram 1500 2WD/4WD and gives it superior ride quality. For a 4WD application the front end is height adjustable from -1" to -3" and for 2WD, 0" to -2". Inside Belltech complete lowering kit 1062HK, the front coilovers are paired with rear shocks and other phenomenal lowering components to drop the entire vehicle and provide it with a sleek appearance.”

Still don’t see a complete kit. I’m assuming they will come out with a complete kit sometime in May.

Those are the OEM Laramie Night Edition 22" wheels. I only know because they are on my truck a few posts up. ;)
Awesome thanks. Might need to try and find a set of those, i have the sport 20 inch chrome ones and need something else lol

They are definitely one of my favorites. They are very similar to the old SRT-10 wheels and that's one of my dream trucks.
