Great info, I missed that, thanks!I posted the terminal part numbers for that connector a while back, with info on the XY400 connector. https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/is-it-possible-to-add-blind-spot.13516/post-308765

Their sensors mounted behind the bumper, which is metal on Ram, not plastic. Sensors will not work.thought i might share.was thinking of getting this myself.not to offend or upset anyone.just something else to think about as and alternative..thats all
Those are the correct connectors. I’ve built several sensor harnesses using them. https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/is-it-possible-to-add-blind-spot.13516/post-326150View attachment 106911 View attachment 106912 I don't have the sensors yet to verify, but I think these are the correct connectors. See the offset keying like the sensors have. Will update once I verify.
68263397Ax is not capable of trailer length detection. I know on the HD Rams, if you install this part number on a 2020+, the EVIC screen will remain stuck on the “select trailer type” screen. The description does say it works on 2019-2020 1500s, so they should be good on your truck. Use 68442393Ax if you want the trailer length settings to work. What is the difference between
68263397AE and 68442393AE?
I have a 2020 Sport and not sure which one to get. If it is 68263397AE, will the AD work on the 2020?

You can add the pins to do it, but you have to take apart some of the connector. There's a post on how to do it a few pages back. I believe like 6 or 8. I was going to go that route, but realized how easy it was to run the wires inside the wire loom I did to add the rear bed lights so it's just one harness lol.So looks like I'll be in a similar situation with my 22 DT order. I currently own a 19 DT with BSM, which gives me full access to a donor to swap from.
Sounds like swaping the mirrors and the tails, will just leave me the jumper left. Does anyone know how complex the harness is that goes from under the driver seat to the CAN IHS? Could I swap that side of the harness out instead of jumping?
You can’t swap that out because the missing section of wires is part of the body harness, so you would have to remove the entire interior to do that harness swap.Does anyone know how complex the harness is that goes from under the driver seat to the CAN IHS? Damn, thanks for the quick reply. So the jumper should be the only portion I need to do after swapping the mirrors and tails, right? You can’t swap that out because the missing section of wires is part of the body harness, so you would have to remove the entire interior to do that harness swap.

Awesome, thanks.
