I am now just shy of 4000 miles. Still perfect. Still looking to jinx myself.
Mine starts the first week with a 2700 mile drive. Trial by fire!

Wow, you are taking that a lot better than I would. I'd be livid if my rear main was leaking on a new truck. And I would definitely get it done under warrantee. Why don't u want the dealer to fix it?I have a bighorn black out package with a late march 2019 build date, purchased in April. The night i brought it home the back up cam didn't work but i crawled under squeezed all the connectors and it starter working. The first time i drove with the windows down i heard a squeak in the front over bumps. I put the truck on the lift to look for the cause of the squeak and found a drip of oil coming from what appears to be the rear main seal. Other than those issues i love the truck. I am hesitant to bring it to the dealer for repairs though. Taking the trans out to do a rear main seal on a 400 mile $55k truck worries me. I'm considering changing the seal myself if the drip gets worse.
I’ve been a dealer tech for almost 10 years prior to my teaching job and dealer techs are usually fighting the clock on warranty work. My mantra with my new truck is it’s only new and original once. Yes I’m upset about it but it could snowball into more problems with a dealer tech slamming a new rear main in before lunch. Wow, you are taking that a lot better than I would. Well you are not giving me a warm and fuzzy about my new Ram warranty, or my extended warranty I just spent 2 large on. So no matter what happens, you're fixing it? I may as well have kept my ole ford. lolI’ve been a dealer tech for almost 10 years prior to my teaching job and dealer techs are usually fighting the clock on warranty work. Funny thing I've worked at Chevy,Honda and Ford but never for Dodge/Ram my last truck was a 2017 F150 2.7 ecoboost, zero issues other than the dash shell warping from the sun. I really wanted a crew cab for my next lease and I loved the new ram. With my background I've always worked on my own vehicles so taking it to the dealer to be worked on by someone else doesn't sit well with me. There are good/great techs out there I just have always done my own stuff. Its a weird situation for me I guess.Well you are not giving me a warm and fuzzy about my new Ram warranty, or my extended warranty I just spent 2 large on. 2019 Laramie Crew Cab 4 x 4.
10,000 miles. had paint start failing on driver door. A large "L" shape on the entire door started peeling clear coat. The dealer is sanding and painting door now. Also having water leak issues soaking my headliner. been in the shop twice and still not fixed.
The service department called me Monday at 3 PM saying it was out of the body shop and they were about to start working on the leak. The next day they called at 3 PM again and said it was out of the body shop and they were about to start working on the leak. No kidding, same exact story, one day later. When I told them they said the same thing yesterday he denied it. weird. I have a rental at no cost from the dealer, so I am not mad about the time, but I do want my truck back and I hate being lied to.If you need a case escalated to our Customer Care Team in an effort to expedite repairs, let us know. We're available via direct message and would be happy to help.

I've had both recalls fixed. My UConnect has on occasion had no sound on the FM and SXM stations after the truck is started. I would switch to AM and then back to FM or SXM and the sound would return. Android Auto has occasionally locked up unplugging my phone will fix the problem. I get the dreaded brake squeal when the brakes are wet and only when in reverse. These are minor annoyances that don't detract too much from the truck so overall I am happy with the truck reliability. I have 11,000 miles racked up so far.
Where exactly are these drain tubes located? Picking up a new truck today with sunroof and want to look for this.Wow, there you have it. That one is all the way out which is worse than mine was! Guys if you have a 2019 with the sunroof check these grommets out. This will allow water to get into the cab.
7,200 miles, and with the exception of stone chips on the rear wheel well trims and lower body panels directly in front of them, it's running flawless.
On my black truck, the front edge of the fender flares as well as the bed panel in front of them are horrible. You'd think Ram could have sprung for some protective film on a $65k truck. Are you talking about the factory fender flares? My only issue so far has been a few paint chips, going to get some clear bra installed...kind of disappointed in the paint quality, but other than that I love the truck.
