Hey guys I had my fuel rail cover fall off the other day(I found it and put it back on) has anyone had this happen before?

How is attached? Did something break or was it not installed properly?

It has clips. It wasn't broken it must have not been installed correctly.

Following new Ram
Any idea what that is underneath his truck? I tried to catch up with him, but he turned off before I could get his attention. The way it moved and fluttered around, looked like a strap.

Hanging plastic line protector under truck
Had a guy stop me in the parking lot this morning to tell me I had something hanging under my truck. Crawled under and on the driver side, right about where the drivers door is, along the frame rail, there is a group of lines/wires and a long plastic cover/protector that just snaps closed...

Yes I remember those posts, but the way the OP labeled the part, I assumed it was up near the engine. Perhaps they could post a picture?It has been mentioned here before. Doesn't seem like it's all that common though.

I originally thought the same thing, except there really isn't a fuel rail cover that would pop off in the engine bay, other than the very large engine cover. So I took a guess and said it's probably this.
I agree though, more info from the OP would be great.

I had this same cover come loose on one end as well. It happened while I was driving through a heavy rainstorm though. A few people have put zip ties around it to try to ensure it didn’t happen again.
