Exploding back sliding glass / defroster overheating

Really, I mean @hskr rt has a point. I permatexed the window because of all the leaks reported for years , and waterproofed the RH. now is this next?
The factory solder joint had failed on this replacement window that was done under warranty.
I repaired it with conductive silver epoxy, then started thinking about uneven temperature distribution possibly causing the window to shatter.
Ended up disconnecting the connection for a piece of mind.

where did you disconnect, I could not see it. Found fuse #47 but wondering what else like maybe mirrors won t defrost . I really don t need the rear defroster down in the south. But I like the auto start sometimes. Also when I pulled 47 the icon button still lite up? Should have know the I had the rear seat out once. Plus is it not permenatly connected? Thanks.

Disconnected the one on the drivers side. You can get to it without taking anything apart.
The F47 is dedicated to the rear defrost so that will disable it also without effecting anything else.
The button light gets it input from the BCM AFAIK.
