Sorry to hear. All this newer tech can sure be troublesome. Even with a good warranty, you are held hostage to parts supply, tech knowledge etc. Imagine what the new fully El pickups will be like when they come out...
I have about 55,000 miles on my 19 Limited with no issues and have a 21 eTorque on order, so yes I will buy again.

Some would say "Stupidity", LOL. Had an 07, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2017, 2019 and now a 2021 on order. I seem to have a history? If you can afford a new one do it. That way someone else can afford to drive a nice used truck. I remember giving my banker heck years ago for driving an old vehicle when he could afford new ones. My used trucks always sold well locally except the 2012 Longhorn that went Stateside because it was over 100,000 miles. Plus I always liked the latest toys and gadgets on my vehicles.

I would do eTorque again for sure just for the accelleration off the line with 9,000+ Lbs in tow. I have lots of towing miles on my truck which made it a great item to have (Over 15,000). I need to find some tires that hold up to the heavy tongue weight of towing next as I almost completely toasted my Nitto rears in one year (18,000) miles and they are down to 3MM, rotated them to the front and the front to the rear which have about 5-6MM so hoping to make it through winter on them then replace in summer.

You and me both - loads of people on here will jump if you say you towed more than X because "Ermagherd you have a limited! You're going to exceed your payload!" ...truck does just fine with 3.92's regardless of the internet police.
So, after another week of no status, I finally drove the 30 miles to the dealership (called first and told them I was on my way). As soon as I arrived, they informed me that, after 17 days in their shop, my truck would be ready on 3 hours. I did find out that after a diagnosis of the 48v battery pack on 10/27, it took them until 11/2 to order the part. Needless to say, I was a little ticked off and have to really place the lions share on this particular dealer. Unfortunately, all the RAM dealers in my area have horrible service reviews so, I am stuck!!!
I feel bad for you but I’ve been there. Mine was in the shop less than two months after I bought it for an etorque battery issue. Took weeks to diagnose then weeks to get the part. It spent almost two months in the shop. Best of luck.
Hopefully this idea from Hyundai catches on - you never have to jump-start; you just press a button and the lithium battery will take over for the lead acid.
Wait...you can't jump start a Etorque engine the same way as a non Etorque...???
