Just got notification that my C3 has shipped and will be here Thursday.
Then I install the 2TB NVME Drive in it.

They wanted $600 for the Upgrade to a CrossCountry Model with 1TB. I got the 2TB Drive for $360.
The 1TB goes for $180 so, What do you get for the Extra $400? A special Splash Screen?

On a side note: Comma stated 4-8 weeks delivery for a Comma3 256MB Model.
Mine will be here in 8 days from Order Date. Still have to wait on the OBD power Block
and connection to arrive. I thought they would be included to make it work.

Hey guys,

I feel like I'm missing something and will be breaking soon.

Any tricks to get the lower mirror cover section off? Small top piece came off no problem. but I can't get the lower piece off?

Are either of these trim tool ends what people are using or is there a suggested one? Is the thought that you just push it in to depress one of the clips or are you prying with it? Last question, is the technique to pull straight down to the ground or straight down along the windshield?

Sorry, it seems like it should be a 5min deal and I'm been at a few different times to get it free. The little cover took 20seconds.

Appreciate any help.

Mine was a PIA to remove too. Thought I was going to break it. Ended up using a panel removal tool to pop one of the clips free using the opening occupied by the upper cover. Once I had one free the others came loose pretty easily.

If you purchase the comma three and select "development vehicle" under the car harness option, you will have everything you need. I believe he only purchased the C3, so he had to order the development harness "kit" to make it a complete set.

You will want either Tunders fork or Prims fork both are the same just different splash screen. If you are not on the Ram discord channel, here is an invite. https://discord.gg/mAZnWxN8 go installation section, there is a pinned message with a PDF containing instructions and link to the correct fork. If you have any trouble, ask questions there. Everyone is very helpful.
