For a daily driver, limited slip is better. Especially since Ram limits the e-locker to speeds under 25mph.Who wants to start a "Limited Slip is better than Locker" thread so we can argue on that one too?

You must not have read the thread.
Limited slip is only better with a cai, catch can, and led exhaust.....wait, i lost track of my silly cr#$For a daily driver, limited slip is better. Especially since Ram limits the e-locker to speeds under 25mph.
Damn, forgot about the LED exhaust. Hope to never run into one of those on the street.Limited slip is only better with a cai, catch can, and led exhaust.....wait, i lost track of my silly cr#$
No doubt but 1999 was a long time ago... and so were late night top speed tests on the interstate with radar guns, police scanners and CB's.10-11 sec 1/4 mile isn't impressive anymore when there are several cars that do that right off the showroom floor. Before I put a hole in the piston, my 2000 Dakota was good for high 11's on a day with good DA. And I was one of the slower guys in my local car group I hang out with. And I'm 45 yo, got into speed in my younger days, and still crave it. Granted I don't mess around in the street like I used to. Keep it to the track mostly.
Been there done that. But was with base security in California when they wanted to see how fast my truck was. Faster than their security vehicles. I only had a few bolt ons at the time and deleted speed limiter. Hit 128mph on their radar after 5 mile run. Was aero limited at that pointNo doubt but 1999 was a long time ago... and so were late night top speed tests on the interstate with radar guns, police scanners and CB's.
Never gets old driving in drag radials.
I'd put money down on beating you on the drag strip racing 1/8th mile. Stock tires to stock tires.

That'd be a fools bet, my truck weighs under 5300lbs, likely 500+lbs lighter than his
3100? I thought you had a 700hp vette? Absolutely no way you can get it sub 3200, likely not under 3500, assuming c7, cause c8 is even heavierWhen you have to feather or pedal the car at every stop light or stop sign, it gets tiring.
I'm on R888R's which are a bit better than the NT05R's were but nothing holding this power in a 3100 lb car short of a full Hoosier slick
Ok, as long as you bring ten of your friends! May as well open it up to Chuck E Cheese tickets too!!Ok, but wait you don't accept a twoony?
That is some fun stuff there, Chuck was always creepy though!?Ok, as long as you bring ten of your friends! May as well open it up to Chuck E Cheese tickets too!!
Yeah, even my kids were a little disconcerted in that place. I guess those characters are the kind of ideas you get when your 3.21 mind is economically wandering...That is some fun stuff there, Chuck was always creepy though!?
Nosure what your problem is. Have a local friend pushing 1100+ RWHP in his C7 and manages to drive it just fine on the street on street tires no less. When you have to feather or pedal the car at every stop light or stop sign, it gets tiring.
