How would you know if you had it backwards

If the fuses are the same amperage it does not matter. If they are different amperage your CANBUS will throw a code on your dash.

Finally got my lights in and everything put back together all but the DRL,waiting on my micro fuse adapter.
When I bought my truck ram 1500 Big Horn 2019 I didn’t realize it didn’t have remote start. So I had the remote start added. With my new lights in, I start the truck with the remote the lights flash and do their thing but the headlights go out and the truck does stay running like normal. Is this something I will have to Live or can the people that installed the remote start do something about it?

After you wire the DRL's up they will stay on after you crank the truck.

The headlights should come on at night with the light sensor if you have the switch to the AUTO position.

This was after using the remote start prior to unlocking the truck. I leave the dial in the “Auto” position and once I unlock it then the headlights illuminate

You won’t need the smaller harness. Just secure it with a wire tie.

Correct. The wiring harness for the side markers is not needed in the new headlights.

I put some electrical tape around them to keep them dry and zip tied them up and out of the way.

Well, the passenger side is all good nothing rattling around on the inside....
That happened to one of my headlights from shipping. I just put some 3M double sided tape and secured it inside the housing.

Did you just put the new tape on top of the old or what? I have two that can lose trying to figure out exactly where they should be. Kinda hard to get your hand in there and clean it up where I think one came a lose. Thinking maybe some

Yes, I did not attempt to take the old tape off, just put some new tape on the old and stuck it in a secure location. Like you said you do not have a lot of room to get your hands in there unless you have a small child in the house.

Do two fuses then have to go into the fuse tap for the drl to work properly?

Well I’m trying to secure all this stuff that was lose and rattling and noticed a wire hanging free not for sure where it goes or if it needs to be hooked up. I haven’t heard from ALPHAREXUSA

If my memory serves me right. I believe I had that extra non connected wire also inside the headlight. I opened the second headlight open that did not have any loose modules and it also had the extra non terminated wire. (I think it is just an extra wire.) The probably use the same wire harness for many different headlights.

Just make sure everything works after you wire them up and before you put the grille and those fascia back on the truck.

Yea I’ve glued one down didn’t have a clue how they originally went and the second is to short to glue down beside it. Wondering if it be ok to glue on top of the other one. It’s amazing how hard it is to get a response from this company oh contact on facebook Instagram text message phone or email

As long as you do not put glue on any contacts or circuit boards that would cause a short you should be fine.

Also those who haven’t installed these you may have to transfer clips off your old housing like I did
