Tried DRL on my 2024. Overnight it got reset back to original. Yes I have connected app running from Ram to locate, remote start etc. its mainly for locate n boundary feature for safety.

Funny thing is Ive activated performance pages, didnt worked on 12inch system. But the digital dashboard has options to select n still works fine. Wonder anyone faced this selective rest?

Yes, performance and off road options stays on dash. I use that 5 box digital layout n have these since then n working fine. I did redo DRL setup again couple of weeks back n set to amber. For last 2-3 weeks its working fine too. I dont know how long will it last

Great, I heard from other people that they disappear frequently. I just enabled them yesterday on 2024 limited we will see what happens.

I've managed to get performance pages to appear on my UConnect and I've also got some TRX stuff by the looks of it.

I already had Off Road pages on my dash from factory but despite enabling them on AlfaOBD they won't appear on the UConnect screen. I did noticed that if you set 'Off Road Capable' to Yes, it lifts the normal ride height of the truck's air suspension, removes 'off road 2' ride height option and just leave you with only one increased ride height option. So instead of Entry/Exit, Aero, Normal, Off Road 1, Off Road 2 instead you have Entry/Exit, Aero, Normal, Off Road.

Anyhow, the issue I'm faced with and I'm wondering if anyone has any solutions for, is the Performance doesn't load correctly on the screen. I can press the screen in the location of where the buttons should be and they work, but the actual display is off centre. When I go to the Drive Mode or Race Option pages, they are fine but navigate back to Performance Page and it's off centre again. Some pics below

Could it be something to do with the UConnect wanting an update? I'm on PR39.1. With the vehicle being in the UK, I'm unable to get Connected Services, Cell/Wifi and a few other features that you guys have. Maybe that's the issue?

Truck is a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited with Uconnect 4.

But I have Uocnnect5, looks like, form pics, u have Uconnect4

No, I don't believe so. That's controlled in the PCM.

Definitely not. alfaObd connected to body control modules. To adjust engine parameters z you need to connect to engine control module. Which would require an unlocked PCM and either Diablo Sport or HPTuners.

It allows you to talk to the trucks computer. You can pull fault codes, enable/disable diagnostics, and I used it to change the enabled components. So when I added the brake controller, I enabled the setting in the body computer to be able to talk to the brake controller module. Then I added the menu options to my radio settings to configure the brake controller.

However, a 10minutes software mod at the dealer ranges from $35 to $250. My dealer wanted $130. I thought that was too much, so I used Alphaobd instead.

I'm out of town and need to backup my configuration file with Windows. I have it on my Android tablet but had to get the Windows version. Truck needs to be towed into dealership so I need to back it up before. Windows version looks different than Android, Thanks

I have a 2024 Laramie G/T, so I have Performance Pages in the Dash and 12" U5 screens.

My last update was about a year ago to MY23.T27.46 (screen shot below).

I definitely don't have "Drive Modes" but would absolutely love to!! Tow/Haul is a decent alternative, but true DMs would be better.

Are you somehow able to use DMs now..it doesn't seem possible to me since programming would have to be present for that.

I thought only the 2025 now have DMs(??).

I do have AlphaOBD..if this were possible to add..I'd do it in a second!!

Why do you need to back it up before it goes to dealer?

Pretty much the same as android. Connect to truck, click active diagnostic tab, drop down the box and select backup configuration to file.

Maybe they will show up visually on the screen, but I don't think they will work, change anything
