AlfaOBD Known Changes 5th Gen

can anyone point me to a alfaOBD Windows version for dummies tutorial? I don't have android gear, jsut windows laptop. Seems everyone uses an android phone or tablet which i don't have.

Struggling with this after tinkering for over an hour. I was able to figure out how to raise the temp to turn on comfort heated seats that's about it.

I'm seeing a lot of "CBC Config I/O F Pin....." but there is no options that resemble as far as I can tell in any of the Functions or ECUs I browsed in the windows platform.

ETA - I ended up buying jscan also, appears it can do most or all things now. Hard to keep up with this.

You can't actually change the temp that heated seats come on with remote start

Yep. it defaults to 4.4 celcius, I changed it to 8.

I'm not sure if the thermometer is accurate on the truck. A few times it has seemed wrong on the ambient temp.

AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG??!!

So, I reprogrammed my DRLs (as @HSKR R/T described)..and it appears to be successful.

The Signature/Brow lights seem much better/brighter (my Default Voltage R&L were already set at 12.2v) and appear to be working as my DRLs.

My issue is...when I check "System ID Log" the log shows DLR-Optional, Delidated, Yes, etc..but when I sign into Google Drive and then Upload File to Google Drive, I keep getting the same exact Body_Chrysler_Info file..with old (Default) DRL info, not the new DLR info that shows in the System ID Log..WTH??

I did do the "backup configuration change to file" in the Body Computer..so am I missing something??

My only previous AlfaOBD use was in 12/2023 to change the "Foglight Dropout" to NO..and that shows at the top of that B_C_Info file

That LOG file is cumulative.

Did you scroll down to the current date or go to the bottom and scroll back up?
