The dealer just replaced both batteries on Monday. was running in the low to mid 14's prior to that.Great! Now I have dash envy…
Sounds like the alternator/associated circuitry to me.

Yeah, but if the batteries were new and you’ve just driven for eleventy-billion hours and now they’re where they are, for some reason, it seems like they’re not charging right. Part of your alternator works since your radio didn’t die but… Just my 2¢The dealer just replaced both batteries on Monday. was running in the low to mid 14's prior to that.
My Tungsten does.do all ram trucks for 2025 get the ram logo on the ground when approach lights come on
My Rebel doesMy Tungsten does.
Do you have the Rebel Level 2 package? My Rebel does
Have you looked under doors and locks in vehicle settings?Any way to turn off the 3 horn beep when you exit the truck with the fob and the truck running? I have seen posts saying you can turn it off in the settings, but I can't find it. Any help is appreciated.
I haven’t found it. One of the things I’d squash if AlphaOBD decrypts the CAN bus. What you can turn off is beep on lock and beep on remote start.Any way to turn off the 3 horn beep when you exit the truck with the fob and the truck running? It's not in there. It wasn't able to be turned off on the previous years except if you used Tazr. Alfa wasn't able to disable that feature, at least in my 2023.Have you looked under doors and locks in vehicle settings?
The USB ports located in the center console will stay on for about 45 minutes. The idea was to continue to allow charging or have both Carplay and Andriod Auto still active so if you return with in that time frame you just start the truck and everything remains as before no need to pair or blue tooth. If nothing is connect the module will stay allowing a passenger to continue or driver to chargeAdditionally, some of the USBs stay powered after the truck is off. I recommend not having things plugged in those
I have seen some posts where guys have said it's in there somewhere, but maybe that was changed for 2025. I did turn off the honk on everything else.I haven’t found it. One of the things I’d squash if AlphaOBD decrypts the CAN bus. What you can turn off is beep on lock and beep on remote start.
I’ve only used Forscan (to do the same thing to my ‘21 Ford) and just learned of Tazr and Alfa and don’t (and may never) know which one does what. It's not in there. I went through all the settings on my truck and can’t find anywhere it will let me disable the horn honk on exit with the vehicle running and key outside of the truck.I have seen some posts where guys have said it's in there somewhere, but maybe that was changed for 2025. You can hold the fob against the window as the door closes, it'll think it's still in the vehicle. This worked on my 2023, I imagine it'll work on these too.I went through all the settings on my truck and can’t find anywhere it will let me disable the horn honk on exit with the vehicle running and key outside of the truck.
I drive my truck a lot for work and am constantly getting in/out of it while it’s running. I have resorted to just letting the door slightly close instead of closing it all the way. Makes it look like it’s closed but doesn’t honk at me.
Good tip. But, man, it’s ridiculous to need these shenanigans. You can hold the fob against the window as the door closes, it'll think it's still in the vehicle. This worked on my 2023, I imagine it'll work on these too.
Yes, mine does the same but I also had the issue in my 2023.Does anyone who uses CarPlay notice that sometimes Siri’s voice, reading messages is way too quiet? Anyone figure out why? Thanks
Yup, been trying to figure this out. One would think it would be the same volume as music you are streaming but nope.Does anyone who uses CarPlay notice that sometimes Siri’s voice, reading messages is way too quiet? Anyone figure out why? Thanks
Nothing turns on on approach for my limited. I have proximity wake up on. The animation and ram log turn on when I unlock. Is there another setting? Am I missing something? They only work on approach with Laramie and up. Otherwise it’s only when unlocked by the fob. If you don’t have touch/passive entry, the truck doesn’t look for the key
There’s an approach and an unlock setting in lights setting.Nothing turns on on approach for my limited. I have proximity wake up on. The animation and ram log turn on when I unlock. Is there another setting? Am I missing something?
