2023 disable seatbelt alarm?

This is how you explicitly do it.
It works.

Get in your truck close the door.
Buckle your seat belt.
Set truck to run (not acc)
Remove buckle, insert
remove, insert
remove, insert
Leave inserted and turn truck to off
Start truck

I followed this procedure on my 23 Laramie and it worked perfectly on the first try.

It all depends which dash you have. Standard will work, digital dash will not work I think?

Here’s the procedure I used with my 2022 Laramie that worked first time and still working.

How to disable the seatbelt chime.

Start with seatbelt on and truck off. Press start button with foot Off brake twice to run position, unbuckle and buckle your seatbelt 3 times. Foot on brake and press start button then turn the truck off. Open door.

Drove it twice about 5 miles each way with no belt to test it and it deleted the chime and drives.

If you have a Built To Serve, you don't have the digital dash.

Hmmmmmm. There is no true analog dash for 5th Gen ram 1500s ;-)

That s the dash I got and the click trick worked, FYI. I d say that is not an analog dash BUT I don t really know what the analogs look like.

Yes, that's not the digital dash. Below is the digital dash. I have the digital dash shown below and the seatbelt trick will not work.

Yeah, AlfaOBD can disable the chime too but I keep forgetting to do it.

I always wear mine but what a pain in the *** for getting in and out while hooking up a trailer ot whatever.

I've downloaded the Jscan App from the apple store. The 2023 3500 D2 is not an option. JSCAN said the 2022 work, but based on this post, im leary.

I always wear mine but what a pain in the *** for getting in and out while hooking up a trailer ot whatever.

Mine is kinda like that, is not that you cannot but the truck will not disengage the parking break unless you buckle up. I can still reach down and manually disengage and drive with out the belt if I want to, just and extra step.
