2019+ Rams with Lifts/Levels, and/or aftermarket wheel tire setups

Thank you so much!! I had to search quite a bit for it- was the only one within 500 miles of me in that color (Olive green pearlcoat) and that had the Off Road Group. It came with the chrome plated wheels, which I just posted for sale as I now have the black Level 8 Hauler wheels you see in the pics. I don’t know why, but I just really like the green color... just something different. Appreciate the compliments! :)

That color has grown on me after a while; partially because it’s different. I went with White this time because all I see around here is Black, Granite, and Dark Blue.. I loved all my black vehicles but they just blended in after a while

How did that work out for you with the ORP Springs... and you have them on a sport package?
They have the kit listed as not working with them and I have been looking for this kit for a while

Question for all in regards to those who have the off road group.

The specs show heavy duty shocks...but I don't buy it. Are they any different from the non offroad package?

Also...from a non offroad package...does the offroad package have a 1" lift? Any measurements would be very helpful

I'm just doing my homework comparing the offroad package and the rebel. I know the rebel has bilstein shocks...and its about 2" higher than a standard bighorn. Just curious if the upper/lower control arms are different.

Thanks.

P.s I came from a 2012 ram bighorn ( I upgraded the shocks to bilstein 5100 set to 2.1 had to be carefully with the upper control arms...and spacers in the rear). I traded the truck in for a charger scat pack..but after looking at all of these rams, I'm ichin to get back into a ram.

Seems to work fine. I’m getting it aligned tomorrow but I haven’t noticed anything wrong. I probably put 40 miles on so far. I wonder why they would list that it didn’t work. I used the ORP springs instead of the preload spacer.

They say it won't work if you are installing the full kit along with the offroad package or the Rebel. It would be a 4.5" lift without a differential drop. CV angles will be terrible and you would blow them out very quickly. Steering angle would be terrible as well. Using the offroad package springs and leaving the preload spacer out works just fine.

The offroad package does have different shocks/struts than the standard suspension. I don't know how heavy duty they are, but they are different. The Rebel only has a 1" lift over a standard non Rebel/non offroad package truck as well. Both of these lifts come way of using taller springs in both the offroad package and the Rebel. The control arms are the same regardless of which suspension you get. Air, standard coil, offroad package, Rebel - the control arms are the same regardless.

Does anyone know if you can just swap ORP/ORG front and rear springs into a non-orp/org big horn 1500? Do you need anything else with regard to parts or modifications (tract bar, mounting brackets, etc, etc)?

No modifications needed. They are a direct swap. You’ll want an alignment afterwards but that’s it.

Just had the lift/level put in yesterday. Readylift 2” front tophat spacer with new UCAs and 1” rear motofab. Fender heights were 38” front and 40” rear. After the install they are 39 7/8” front and 40 7/8” rear. I wanted a little rake, true level looks a little nose high to me. Just need some bigger tires, but those will come after these wear out. 2020 BTS Quad Cab Ceramic Gray.

Love it!! How are those duratracs....and road noise? I do ask this question when it comes to having more aggressive tires...so forgive me if I've asked you before.

Road noise is not bad at all, can barely hear them at higher speeds. They're also pretty good for the light/moderate off-roading that I've done.

For those interested- here are the front and rear shocks that came in my 2020 Bighorn with ORG... I’m sure you can look them up to get the specs. They were removed because I had the Mopar 2” lift installed. 6C88A1DD-85F2-4D27-899D-33BA24E9F967.jpegF074A275-22B2-4342-94A3-003563399393.jpeg6C88A1DD-85F2-4D27-899D-33BA24E9F967.jpegF074A275-22B2-4342-94A3-003563399393.jpeg615B6EEC-D87D-4C9F-B289-9A093B4B3C4F.jpeg6C88A1DD-85F2-4D27-899D-33BA24E9F967.jpegF074A275-22B2-4342-94A3-003563399393.jpeg615B6EEC-D87D-4C9F-B289-9A093B4B3C4F.jpeg

I just read the warning label and wonder who punched a hole in intentionally in a shock at one point. Most labels are made by people mistakes
