I wonder as well. Here's a side by side comparison on tiresize.com. Also, don't discount the 285/60/20 unless you don't want to sacrifice the height. But for me, I don't want it looking to tall without any width. Also, good point about the spare.

A lot of those tires are measured on 8" or 8.5" rims (my QX56 OE has 275/60-20 on 8" wide rims). Each 1/2" in rim width adds about 0.2" in section width and a slight reduction in diameter. The Ram has 20x9" rims. On the 20x9 rim, the 275/65-20 in probably around 11.4" wide, the 285/60 about 11.7", and 295/60 about 12.0". All should fit without a problem although I'd like to hear reports of full lock. There are some 35" with ORG and no lift kit. I'm wondering if those don't hit the fender at full bump; with a 2" level they should be fine vertically.

And a 3.92 on a 32" tire becomes a 3.58 equivalent on a 35" tire, a 3.68 equivalent on a 34" tire, and a 3.79 equivalent on a 33" tire. The 35" tire and maybe the 34" tire might have had lower GCWR ratings on the SAE J2807.

The first question: is it about show or is it about go...or a little of both. And is the go a heavy payload, a heavy trailer, or lots of backroads?

Thanks...stuff as a new truck owner I haven't even though about. I appreciate you sharing that. For me personally, it woud be more about show than go, although I'll still want to tackle light payloads and light trailers once in awhile and off roading here and there. I like the 34" tires but honestly I am not looking to fill up my whole wheel well and I don't think that's a good look personally. I'm still hoping to see more pics and hear more feedback in the next few weeks before I decide to pony up and buy new tires.

Does anyone have or have you seen my stock 20's with an aggressive aftermarket tire? I realize most will opt for a new wheel/tire set up but I like my wheels and would love to see what they look like with some Nitto Ridge Grapplers on them. I have the off-road package and prefer to see my wheels with 33/11.5/20's or something close (also ensuring no issues). I've now searched here through all 45 pages and have only seen the other stock style 20" wheel but not mine. They give me a frame of reference but most of them have had a level kit installed.

I emailed the dealership and all they replied were that those are 35's with a 1" lift but I'm guessing it's a Mopar 2". The only 1" lift is the off road package which this doesn't look like unless the decals are covered. Oh and that the truck has sold, but they were willing to build another for me. Little did they know, I'm already taken.

Seems to be more common then not with these dealerships anymore. The one I went to was telling me that Limited wheels would not fit on my Laramie. The sad part was my truck with Limited wheels on was sitting in front of their showroom....

Agree that so many salesman are clueless about what they sell. Most dealerships focus on teaching their people to sell, but don't spend enough on product knowledge, which would increase their sales more than the typical sales tactics (at least with the educated crowd).

I like them a lot. They do seem extremely slippery in the wet. I’ll be keeping an eye on them when we start to get some regular rain. I’m only running a two inch level on mine. Still need to “adjust” the passenger side fender liner to stop all the tire rub.

Looking to decide on putting 35" tires on the stock wheels or upgrading to 22" Fuel Contra's like the pictures show below. But not sold that my Limited and all of its standard chrome accents will go well with the look of the wheels in the pictures posted. Thoughts?? *Not my truck pictured*

No, its a Laramie with some color matched pieces. There is no lift, they have the Air Suspension option.

That is not a Laramie, and it doesn't matter if you have air suspension or not, those wheels and tires will not fit without a lift or level of some kind.
