2019+ Rams with Lifts/Levels, and/or aftermarket wheel tire setups

If it helps, I've got an Icon Stage 2 kit (2.5" to 3" lift), 22" wheels and 285/50/22 Toyo AT3 load E tires on my 23 1500. Consistently avg 15.5 mpg city. Also added some weight with Core 4x4 stuff in the rear.
What kind of stuff? Pics

Why did you put on top tier off road suspension on and then big rims with low pro tires? Or is the picture deceptive?

Honestly, my Ram will never see any off road. Maybe some gravel. I put on good stuff because I do everything a bit overkill and want to do it once. Wanted to make sure anything that I put on the Ram was top notch for those "just in case" moments.

The tires are small in the pics and I may go up a size next year. Wanted to keep a balance for mostly city/highway driving and little hum. The AT3's are being moved to my OEM rims for winter.

Understood.

I need to get better pics, but here's my 2021 Limited Longhorn with a MaxTrac 3/1 lift/level kit and 285/55R22 Nitto Recon Grapplers. There's just a very slight 'plasticky' rub when backing up with the wheels at full lock. The whole thing only raised the seat height about 2" - which at 6'5", I can still just barely slide in without needing the power side rails.

My pal Dave has the same lift/level kit with 35x11.50 Ridge Grapplers on his 2019 Big Horn with 18x10 rims.

So far, lots of compliments - the biggest one being that it no longer looks like it has been skipping leg day, as it did with the stock Goodyear SUV tires. Lots more traction, no hydroplaning, and the tires are super-quiet (barely noticeable tire noise at highway speeds).

for that MINOR inner fender rub......it should be in the FRONT. take small propane torch a pc of wood and a water sprayer. use torch to warm up inner fender...it will only take a few seconds to move it aorund plenty....use pc of wood to push on inner fender....give it a second to cool....while still applying pressure fronm the wood squirt with water to SET it..

Thanks! That's what they said at West Texas Off Road, since I'd gotten the tires the next day. I'm letting the tires mark the area and I'll hit that one of these weekends.

hey guys I’m looking for before and after pics of a level in a 21’ ram. Can’t decide on 2 or 2.5 front. No off road package. Thanks!

Is the look most important or ride? Also, budget and how you use your Ram is always a factor. The simple 2" spacer level is cheap but you get the look. If you go to 2.5", you would want to go with adjustable struts like RC, Bill's or Eibach. Plus you may need UCA's for anything over 2.5".

Try to determine what's important and your budget.

This is my old 19 Ram with 2" spacer level and 33's if it helps.

All looks, I do haul a utv and atv occasionally. Sept to Jan I use it for deer hunting. Mostly suburban bowhunting. So it’ll be mostly looks. Your truck looks great! Do you have a side pic of it so I can see the level?

Got it. If it's all looks, do a simple spacer lift like Motofab or similar. If it were me but trying to keep cost down, I'd do Bills front and rear. This way you don't squat if/when you tow and have a little better suspension for hunting. Just my two cents and I'm NO expert..... With the Ram body lines, I personally want a little rake since level can look nose high.

Not to over complicate something but do you have a target tire size or staying stock? This also could influence what direction you go with your level/lift.

Unfortunately I don't have any other pics of the white Ram. Traded that one in on my 23 black one.

Maybe a 33” tire or a 34x11ish. Not a big wide wheel guy, rather the height stance. The stock 20’s tho as I do like them. Been shopping around and ever tire (per 4) is over 12-1300$ between golf ( scratch golfer) and hunting &buying new bow every year my wife is ready to divorce me ha. Probably do tires in spring.

I got my tires for $1000 cash. It’ll prob be more than that now tho

I didn’t get them here but simpletire is not bad

Custom offset seems to have some good deals.
Quick FYI - For tires, I just grabbed another set of Toyo OC AT3's 285/50/22 from the dealer. They have a buy 3 get 4th for $1. Had to show them the Mopar online price but walked out for $1600.

Finally got everything done. Ended up with Icon coils in rear with bilstein 5100, and in front I bought the ORG coils and paired them with bilstein 5100 at level 5, then went with 285/65/20 wildpeak. So far so good. Am measuring 41 from ground to fender at front at 42 in rear.
