I read a lot of the 30+ pages on here and it seems like this is a mod you can do in your garage without a lift. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

You are correct. You actually want the tires supporting the truck when you tighten everything up anyway, so if you can slide under the truck to do the job you're in good shape

I purchased mine from Nick @GotExhaust. Nick is a stand up guy with great deals and a solid reputation for customer service. I ordered it Tuesday night and it arrived today (Friday) around noon. Perfect transaction with lightening fast shipping! Highly recommended as I’ve purchased catch cans and this Helwig sway bar from him.

I installed mine this afternoon. It was a simple 30 minute job swapping out the factory unit and the results were phenomenal. I’ve driven Rams going back to the 80’s and always felt they were great driving/riding trucks but this Hellwig sway bar adds a whole new dimension to the experience. My wife had no idea I ordered and installed it. I took her to Target and she asked what I did so it doesn’t feel like a boat in the turns. Highly recommended!!

Hellwig quickly became one of my favorite upgrades after I installed it.

Finally installed mine today during lunch. Total time was 45 min. It took longer than expected as the end links were a BEAR to get off. My 8mm ratchet wrench couldn't take the pressure but I was lucky my one and only 1/4 drive socket was strong enough. The picture was taken with the Truck in OR2 so I could get under it easier.

All bolts are tightened to GAT specifications. GAT - Good And Tight! Will verify the specs again after a few hundred miles or so.

Maybe because it's in OR2 and the camera angle, but the sway bar looks dangerously close to the diff cover. Does the dip in the bar point down when the truck is level?

It looks like it might be installed upside down? But it could be the angle.
Dang it... it may be upside down. I pulled the old one out and "thought" I lined the new correct. This pic is at the normal ride setting.

Im from Houston, TX but currently stationed in Missouri. (Roads are amazing here)

Visit Louisiana, Oklahoma and Ohio, then report back on atrocious roads. Lol
