...Part 2...from video ..." I used to work for FCA, tech support. Take a good look at the valve guide tolerances, 1/2 a thou, to 1.9 thou. Is a bit tight.(for oil/emission control). When the guide sticks, the rocker arm refuses to move, the push-rod resists bending, the bearings in the roller crush, the lifter wipes out the lobe. "Looking at the Youtube video: did a " cut & paste " from the Gearheads explanation. Does not take a rocket scientist to understand what is happening.
