Same problem and also started on Friday July 19th! Was the fix for this? I have read a few saying to call Sirius and others to take to the dealer.
NAV 12 is down again. FCA kept it at the Dealer 8 days last time and wrote a email to Dealers Master Tech once a day. Last day before I pulled the vehicle was a very technical day. FCA Engineer ask the Dealers Master Tech " How ofter does it happen"? I pulled the vehicle which was on a STAR case. BTW, Service Advisor said another truck came in just before I pulled mine with the same issues. I have take another video of the frozen nav and the info page where no sattelite signals are present. Trying to file for Lemon Law but Cas Manager says she calls and leaves voice mails and I showed my Verizon log where there were none. Twice she closes the case this way. I have asked three times for Supervisors to call and they never do. Almost got excited last Friday, as a pair were researching the case and would call me in 30 minutes. Guess what no call. What a total coverup at FAC.

You wouldn't happen to be hitting your memory seat button? If you are, the radio recalls the stations that are stored for each seat recall button. Could be that simple, or it could truly be a unit memory issue. Once your radio is set to all the stations and buttons you like, you need to save it to your preferred seat position.I noticed on on the day before yesterday that my sat radio had lost all 12 of my presets. All of them went back to saying "Hold to set" or something like that.
I gave it a few key cycles, hoping they would come back, but they never did. Yesterday, I finally gave up and reprogrammed just preset #1.
Today, that preset was lost again. I also noticed today that it had lost my customization of the button bar at the bottom of the screen. I had replaced the Backup Cam icon with the 360 Cam icon, but today it had gone back to having the Backup Cam icon in that spot.
I've only had my truck for 3 weeks. I think the build date (month) was 3/19.

You just changed the preset on #1 from 25 to 26. Why would you expect it to recall the previous setting of 25?
Can you imagine how maddening it would be for users if a system actually did that? "Dammit! I changed that to 26. Why are you taking me back to 25!"
I kinda dumb to this. What does unconnect have to do with seat memory location. Should we just press the button the door ( 1 or 2) ?
Oh boy. Luckily the wife doesn't drive the truck! It's a feature. Say you have two different drivers. By connecting everything possible to the seat memory, the drivers switch (one is driver 1 and the other driver 2) not only changes the seat and mirror positions (if equipped) but also the radio presets. Having to deal with another driver's preset in this first world country Is simply not done.
You're definitely having an issue. Mine works as advertised. Stores all my selected stations in each seat position. If it does not work that way, then what is the preset memory thing supposed to do?
My thought is someone changes my seat position or a radio preset. I want to press "1" on my door and have the seat position and preset go back to how they were when I saved them. If not, what is the point??
More confirmation today while I was out at lunch.
I set Preset #1 to SXM Channel 25. Pressed S - 1 and the EVIC said it saved memory profile 1. Then changed preset #1 to channel 26. Hit S - 2 and the EVIC said it saved my settings to memory profile 2.
From there, I could press 1 or 2 and it would say it was restoring memory profile 1 or 2, but it never changed the presets.
Also, I left the preset on 26. Got out to have lunch. Came back. My key fob is associated with memory 1. When I got in, it said restoring memory profile 1 settings (i.e. automatically, based on the fob). Still did not change my presets back to what they were when I saved profile #1.
I guess mine is totally broken (for saving and restoring SXM presets).
On the bright side, my presets do appear to be "sticking" again, now.
I'm having the same issue with my SXM channel memory recall. The really weird thing though when I do it with an FM station it works properly and recalls the station saved to memory. The seats, mirrors, brake pedal are all working properly in both scenarios, it's just the SXM station that is the issue.
