Its a TSB for vehicles with the 12.1" screen built before January 14th, 2019I looked my VIN on Uconnect and it said no update was available. Could it be for just some build dates?

I did the update. Helped with nothing !!If you are in Nav there is a microphone at the top right of the screen that has never worked for anyone. It is actually grey and if you touch it nothing happens. Supposedly that function was due to be fixed at some point. I was wondering if anyone knows whether the TSB resolves this issue too.

Mine just quit working correctly several weeks ago. I was having to launch Google Maps and Pandora before connecting to the truck. Otherwise, it would take a while before I could get both apps working correctly. Pandora also wasn't loading album art after the first song. I haven't taken the truck in for any updates. I'm guessing it was either an app or OTA update (I'm leaning toward iOS app updates).
Damn! that sucks. It amazes me how "all over the place" this problem is. Some trucks have zero problems and some have tons of issues and others everything in between. They need to get to the bottom of this!I did the update. Helped with nothing !!

Did not help mineThe TSB mentions voice recognition as one of the fixes. Does anyone know if that fixes the voice command feature in the NAV system that has been inoperable since we got our vehicles?
I'd like to see that answer as well, as I haven't experienced these issues. Jan 19' build.Seeing how a lot of you have several different common issues, before and after TSB update, and the fact that mine all seems to work good now, tells me it must be a hardware issue? Seems most logical
