I'm an avid user of Rain-x on all my vehicles. However, its annoying to have to apply every month or two and after years of applications you'd think I'd be better than I am at it. I'd love to find an alternative that lasts longer. I've done a little searching and it looks like ceramic coating...
Another small update, although the soft reset wounds like it should solve these issues we’re having…
my CarPlay came back to normal after yet another night of rest. My guess is that the soft reset mentioned above is the best method to expedite this process though I’m too afraid to test it out...
Like the title says, do I need to use the FOB in order to unlock the rear doors? I regularly approach the truck and want to load things into the back seat before getting in the drivers seat.
It’s my understanding that opening the drivers door via passive entry should unlock all four doors, but...
UPDATE: mine ended up working the morning after I posted last. It worked up until this morning when I left the truck running while I walked my kids into day care. When I came back out it wouldn’t reconnect. Restarted the truck and still wouldn’t connect to CarPlay. Unpaired/forgot the device...
I’m having similar problems with my uconnect 5 12” and iPhone 12 Pro since updating to iOS 15.3.1.
can connect via Bluetooth (though oddly, the media screen is frozen on first song I played since updating iOS, even though other songs have been playing 😂). No CarPlay whatsoever though. Phone...
Soooooo, i backed my week old truck into my table saw last week and cracked the lens on my passenger side tail light. While shopping for replacement options, i noticed taillights without blind spot monitoring can be had for nearly half as much as ones that include it. I have several questions...
I debated between the two trims a couple months ago and ultimately went with the Laramie. The main thing drawing me to the limited was the front end look and the headlights. However, after test driving one (unpopular opinion coming) i didn't much care for the look/feel of the interior wood...
Watching. I too am a part of the minority that wants nothing to do with big tires and jacked suspension. Excited to see more street friendly trucks in this thread.
Had the roof wrapped in gloss black. Loving the extra contrast. My customization style typically leans toward subtle so this was right up my alley for a first modification.
I hope the allegations of some G/T models coming without the performance exhaust aren’t true. It was one of the main factors when I ordered the package. Also, while I haven’t compared it side by side, I can say my truck has sounded great from day 1. It has a nice growl and hasn’t required any...
To be honest, i haven't really gotten on it yet. Pedal still hasn't found the floor. Its definitely got some pep though. From my experience CAI/catback exhaust upgrades aren't really noticeable even if they do claim to increase horsepower. To me the benefit is the sound and peace of mind...
