I have had this stop working on several occasions. What I do to get it to work is go into the settings page and change the setting to sound horn either never or one press. After an ignition cycle, go back in and change it to sound with second press. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t...
The recall notice dropped off my list automatically after I did the OTA update in July. I still have the e-torque recall showing on the record since I haven’t had it done yet.
Any suggestions for a good windshield frost/snow cover? I live in the northeast and my windshield has been frozen over the last few days.
I’ve been driving Jeeps for the last 8 years before I got this Ram to pull my travel trailer. The Wranglers fit in my garage, but the Gladiator didn’t...
Have only lost the radio station presets once since the OTA update in July. Before the update it would happen every week or so.
Still having the equalizer and the speed adjust volume reset to default every other week or so. Also cannot get the sound horn with lock function to sound when...
When you open the app, half way down the page is an arrow to the right for service and maintenance. On the next screen press the history tab at the top of the screen. At the bottom of the screen there is a button to add a record.
Got the update Friday. So far so good, but it’s too early to get over confident. I’ve had it go a week or two without deleting or replacing the presets before.
Now…IF it is fixed I think I’m going to be hesitant to get the recall done for the “backup camera “ update. Perhaps when they go...
I drove the first 500 miles as recommended, and then towed my Imagine XLS17MKE (4500# dry, 5800# gross) 1,000 miles each way to Florida and back. I will admit though, I kept the cruise set at 60 and nothing has suffered. Now have a little over 5,000 miles on it. The only thing that pisses me...
The nicest thing about it is if you use tow/haul mode it extends your blind-spot detection and alert all the way to the back of the trailer. Makes merging less of a white knuckler.
Believe me, if you ever tow a travel trailer on I-95 or through Jacksonville (or any busy bypass for that matter) you will greatly appreciate the blind-spot and cross-path detection option. Well worth the $595 price!
I have an Imagine XLS17MKE. I ended up with seven washers when it was all said and done. I have a Fastway E2 trunnion hitch with 800 # bars. Hope this helps.
Mine is 1442# payload. Equipped similarly to a back country. Don’t count on it. Sorry!
When you get your window sticker you can look it up on the website:

There’s more to it than just a software flash as the nav radio is HD. Without nav you also lose the ability to access the off-road pages as I found out the hard way.
I had the 8.4 nav radio in my 20 Gladiator. Using wireless car play with Apple Maps seems to work pretty seamlessly for me...
