I browsed Warlocks a few times, but could not justify the big loss in comfort/styling the DTs offer for the minor savings by going with a Warlock (after adding 4x4 and 8.4" screen - options I cared about - the spread between a Warlock and a Bighorn was marginal - like maybe $2k). Maybe your...
Yeah, but Facebook isn't exactly known for a place to go get the 'truth' on anything though. Might be an 8 year old kid living out his alter ego of 43 year old Dan the plumber who drives a sweet truck that he special ordered (unlike the peasants that pick from dealer stock) and gets all the ladies.
I thought earlier in this thread we came to the realization that none of us with a BTS on this forum had ordered so we assumed it is not possible.
I found mine just randomly browsing cars.com and saw a grey I didn't know was an option, looked into it, liked the pictures of the interior and...
If anyone has Geico I recommend looking into their MBI coverage. I have yet to use it (tend to replace vehicles long before they ever have issues) but is cheap, is 'pay as you go', and has really good reviews in various forums/sites for people that actually had to use it. So I am going that...
Unsure if this thread is about leases, resale, or jeeps... but I have both (Jeep intended as the weekend toy) and they are vastly different. But current model (JL) are much more refined and I could easily use it - and enjoy it - as a daily driver. But I also like my truck. So I am glad I...
Not surprised. I always trade in my vehicles and half the time they act surprised that I remembered to bring the second key fob and/or the title. A key fob programmed is like what $300 or so? Doesn't seem the hassle to try and fight for one, I would just eat the cost and move on with lesson...
It is - but is slightly more yellow than my LEDs. OCD just wanted me to replace it, but I don't think I have ever opened that glove box except to try and replace the light so eventually I will forget about it.
I jumped around but didn't see the upper glove box though - the lower one was a PITA for me (wish I saw your vid then) but finally got it. The upper glove box I don't see how it pops out though and also no idea how to reach around from behind as I have adult-sized hands....
Got me excited that would finally show how to replace the upper glove box light.... nope, instead 6 minutes on the map lights that were the most self-explanatory (to me) of the whole interior. I went super cheap on my interior LEDs as I had prior experience with $$ ones and cheap ones and both...
Is there a "case number" or something we can have them lookup in the system? I feel obligated to do this too, but starting from 'the beginning' with a customer service rep sounds painful.
Seems like a lot of weight to be held up by three QD mounts. At least for me, the ability to remove quickly isn't a feature as I will be leaving it in there until the day I replace the truck (and prefer to it not randomly walk off in a walmart parking lot). Also QD mounts (at least the cheap...
This makes more sense now why it felt awkward for me to plug it in (like a nagging in back of my head I was doing something wrong). But no big deal, still works and don't see the pro or con to it being on that side (except the confused muscle-memory).
I have the same question because a few people have said CPLAY2air is a rebranded Carlinkit. So why buy the rebranded one off their website for $129, when I can go on Amazon and buy the non-rebranded Carlinkit (and be able to return to Amazon if it doesn't work and have it arrive at my door in 2...
I'm not seeing any statements on what size trailer you are looking at. I have a small one (<2k gross - see my avatar) and got 14 mpg (compared to the 17 mpg mixed I have seen so far when not towing) with the 5.7L on my first trip using the new truck to pull it. In comparison, my Wrangler would...
Didn't know this was even a choice. Have a Pentastar in my Wrangler and wish that thing had more power... Cannot imagine it in a limited that is even heavier than my Bighorn with all that chrome and shiny things.
I am hopeful this works - just got back from a trip that had a lot of broken and/or dirt roads so was driving me nuts. Mine didn't look like a tube - was more a black plastic ring. But it was the only plastic on metal that I could find under there that would cause the metallic noise I keep...
Wow thanks. I actually expected worst than that - like a scissor cutout of the whole corner. Thankfully I have the 'new and improved super safe mats' so I don't have to worry about this anymore (not to brag... but I need something to go right for once).
