Well, I made a purchase in the past 2 weeks but you guys won't be happy. :cautious:
Could not come to terms on a reasonably equipped Laramie EcoDiesel anywhere near me so I bought a Chevrolet instead: 2020 Silverado 1500 RST Z71 with the 3.0 inline 6-cylinder diesel. Traded in both my 2010...
Paul, I have followed your threads. I live on the North Shore but I am a consultant working in central Maine during the week. My situation is further complicated as I am looking to trade in 2 vehicles on the 1 new truck. I was working with a Ram dealer in Maine at the end of May on a Laramie...
That sounds great for a diesel Laramie in this market. I can't get anywhere near that here in New England. Looks like I am going to go with a diesel Silverado 1500 RST because I just can't put a deal together with any Ram dealers.
I saw that too. Chevrolet went down another $500 for July but GMC held steady. That Sierra 1500 Elevation diesel I was looking at is looking better.
Sounds like you already have a great deal. My experience has been to pay full retail for the add-ons (bed liner, steps, etc.) but then the dealer installs them at no charge and they are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
On the contrary, the Gladiator has the best payload and tow rating of any of the compact trucks. 1200-1600 for payload and 6000-7650 for tow rating, depending on model.
Current rebate on the Sierra 1500 is $6000, so invoice minus rebate would definitely get you to over a $9000 discount from MSRP.
Perhaps BeemerG is mistaken because I don't think any GMC dealer is giving you a $9500 discount and then an additional discount for the available rebates, a total of...
This whole fuel tank size concern is curious to me. Say you have a 23 gallon tank and get 17 MPG on the highway. That is a range of 391 miles. At 75 MPH that will take you over 5 hours. I don't know about you guys, but I'm 54 years old and there is no way I can sit in a truck for over 5...
The June incentives will be published tomorrow, June 2. Based on the May incentives, however, no, you would not be able to get that deal. 25% off sticker plus the 0% financing is not happening.
