I couldn't find any trucks in stock with all of these options either, so I ended up doing a custom order also. It was a long 15 weeks, but worth the wait. I've been very happy with the Ramboxes, split tailgate, and the air suspension. The Ramboxes hold a surprising amount of stuff but it is a...
I have a '21 Limited with ORG, Rambox and split tailgate. Here are some pics underneath. The third pic is kind of showing the active air dam that lowers at roughly 30mph. Hope these help a bit.
I went from a 2020 Limited without ORG to a 2021 Limited with ORG, and in my opinion, the difference in ride isn't even noticeable. I had 22" wheels on the 2020, and the 20" on the 2021, so that may help to offset any difference there may have been. With the air suspension, the ORG only sits...
Mine had just under 90 miles, but they drove it here from where it was unloaded from the train in Denver. I guess they were tired of me calling for status updates and decided not to wait for the transport to get enough vehicles to be brought here. Salesman told me that waiting for the...
Many good replies here, and I'll mention some things to maybe consider.
How much do you trust the other drivers on the road?
If ever, how often will you have children or other passengers in the truck?
Where you drive, do you feel that these features would give you more peace of mind, or...
It's one of my favorite options, and zero issues with them. I'm in Colorado, and live 1.5 miles up a dirt road, so I was worried about dirt, rocks, snow and ice, but they work great.
I'm 6'4" with a longer torso, and I don't have any problem adjusting the HUD so that I can see it. I have crappy posture, so I have the seat leaned back pretty far, which lowers the height of my mellon. If I had the seat further forward and the back straighter, then I could see it being an issue.
Great thread and beautiful trucks. Me having had approx. 30 vehicles(not bragging, many were garbage) from a '73 Vega to fancy decked out diesels, so far, my 4th gen(2014 Laramie) has been the best vehicle that I've owned, I really hope the 5th gen will be just as good.
Check out the link in post #2, then read through that thread, and after that, you'll be armed with the knowledge needed to set your dealer on the right path. Now start your journey grasshoppa.
The tilt position on my 2014 is almost perfect, but I agree with the others that the 5th gens tilt too low, and can't really see far enough behind the rear wheels to line up on much of anything until the wheels are already on it. I can only choose to enable or disable, with no way to adjust...
