It looks like I am having the same window leak at the go of the rear window in the passenger side. I am at 37000 miles and hope it will be coved under warranty.

See my pic above. There is not a SB but a star case number of S1823000049 will provide directions for the technician. They supposedly replaced a cab mount bolt.

My Dealership said Ram is aware of the issue and they have a Star report on this issue. They told me to expect a software update in March 2019 to fix the issue... yes MARCH 2019!

My dealership told me today that a software update is not expected until March 2019!

That is my question? It may have been related to the SB instructions but I will find out.

Just got my Laramie back from service appointment for the Clunk noise. They only replaced the bolts on the left. I still heard a clunk on the right side pulling in the driveway... ugh!

Does anyone know if the standard floor mats come with the truck when the all weather mats are one of the options?

To access dealer mode go to the system info tab under settings. With the car running depress the first and last buttons on the lower section of the screen. Hold for 5-7seconds or repeat the depression of the buttons 2-3 times and the dealer mode will appear. Hope this helps...

My software version is: 18.23.29. See the pic attached below.

I can get it to stick if I do not use my key fob to unlock or remote start the vehicle. As soon as I activate the keyfob after the truck has been off for a few hours I get the same problem. I also checked the software version of my 8.4 and it has not changed. How did you know your system reset?
