    Anybody have the SumoSprings?

Sorry just realized I contradicted your removal time and thought I'd share my method. I have some of those ratcheting end wrenches (these are 13mm) and it minimizes the otherwise very painful experience you described.

    Anybody have the SumoSprings?

So I had this exact plan and was concerned with uninstall time but I couldn't find a better solution for my occasional hauling. I lived with the rough unloaded ride from the sumosprings while I had the cheap puck spacer lift but after putting Kings in this weekend, I had to fix it. I pulled the...

    Anybody have the SumoSprings?

I put the medium duty sumosprings on my truck a few weeks ago. It is leveled currently, with no lift in the rear and I can confirm the reports of worse ride quality unloaded. They have about 1/4" gap when sitting level. Waiting for my kings to show up from Thuren, which should bring it to about...

    Front Air Dam Removal

See my post above. Annoyingly the intercooler has to move to access the bolts. Quick and easy though. I have a perfect condition valance and AAD in my garage in Portland, OR if anyone wants them. Free minus shipping charges.

    Front Air Dam Removal

It did make me briefly consider relocating the intercooler to a horizontal configuration. Working on a skid plate & Front receiver hitch design right now that would benefit from it not being there, but not sure I want to tackle that job.

    Front Air Dam Removal

Took the dams off my ecodiesel today and thought I'd throw out the fact that removing the bolts holding the two plastic brackets on each side of the license plate requires that you move the intercooler temporarily. Not a huge deal as only two 13mm bolts hold it on, but thought I'd add it for the...

    Rear Support

Yeah, it totally makes sense from a theory perspective, and obviously air bags at minimal pressure would provide better articulation than something solid. I was looking for a real world evaluation of what that actually means in practice on a truck like this. I don't have any feel for how much...

Conflicting Oil Standards in Owners Manual

So after some more googling, I found a Mopar chemical catalog that listed the part number from my invoice and sure enough, it is the Rotella T6. I've got a message into the dealer to see about replacing it. Leaving on a ~2k mi trip towing on Friday so might not get it done, but as others have...

    Rear Support

Does anyone have any experience comparing axle articulation before and after install of a Sumo or Timbren fixed support bumpstop replacement? I'd like to retain as much as possible, but the simplicity of not having to adjust air pressure in bags has some appeal for sure.

Conflicting Oil Standards in Owners Manual

So I had the dealer (Lithia Dodge in Portland) perform the first service as I had a radio SW update recall and a tailgate question also. Made an appt 2 weeks in advance for my ecodiesel. Got there and was told an hour. 4 hours later, I'm still waiting as they had run out of oil filters. Anyway...

    Rear Support

I've been wondering about this as well. I put a level/spacer kit on mine while I wait for the kit from Carli to hit the market. It is fairly level while empty but even towing my little 2k lb offroad teardrop it sags a bit low for my liking. It has an offroad hitch on it for articulation so I...

    Noise when truck is off

I have something similar, though I'd describe it as more of a high pitched whine. Noticed it a lot today with the ignition in run while messing with alphaOBD stuff. I hadn't started the truck at all today so it struck me as a bit odd but chalked it up to new vehicle gadgetry. Interior fan was off.

Any options out for rock rails/sliders yet?

I used a combination of frame rail clamp brackets, factory skid plate bolts, existing empty holes and new holes. Tried to minimize the new holes as drilling through their frame steel is a real challenge. It turned out really good I think. Had to get quite creative for one of the fasteners in...

Any options out for rock rails/sliders yet?

I just finished them. Had to wait on a bit to finish the dimple die steps. Taking them in to get powdercoated tomorrow. Seem really stout though.

Added switches and LED to overhead console

What about something like this? https://www.e-switch.com/product-catalog/pushbutton/product-lines/rp8500-series-square-illuminated-panel-mount-pushbutton

Any options out for rock rails/sliders yet?

I can't remember exactly but it was less than 300 shipped. I finished the drivers side up. Passenger side should be much easier, just haven't had time yet.

    Rock sliders installed

2nd the request for a pic of the underside, ideally on gas tank side. Installing some here shortly and will need to get creative routing supports around the 33gal tank. Also, were the metal plates in your picture for the back side of the frame rail with nuts welded on them?

Any options out for rock rails/sliders yet?

In case people are still looking and have some fab capabilities, I just bought a custom DOM DIY slider kit from XO FAB for my 2020 Laramie short bed. Had to call to order custom length. I got them 105" with no kickouts. They had to cut them down for UPS shipping restrictions, so they included...

Added switches and LED to overhead console

Did anybody figure out a switch solution for either side of the rear window switch? Seems like M ideal location, but I haven't had any luck finding low profile rockers. Wondering about opening up the rear portion as well to try and fit a standard rocker...

Anyone who would like to swap hoods?

Anybody near Portland OR want to do a swap? I have a 2020 granite crystal with sport hood and don't love the lack of visibility.
