You could always run an external speaker if needed. They are only about $12 on Amazon.

I thought that it would as well but it's really not that bad. A 8" would probably be absolutely clear. This is a samsung 10". It really doesn't block much at all.

Changed the location of my GPS tablet from the cup holder mount to this one up top. It works great. I hated tying up a cup holder.

My installation. Not a midland but it may help others. TYT-9800 mounted under the seat. Control head over cubby hole. I have the short dual band nmo antenna and a 20 something inch one that i can switch back and forth between depending on my needs and trails. Don't need a tree branch taking out...

I removed the one on my 21 last month. Just unplugged the motor and put a plastic bag over the connector and zip tied the connector up out of the way. I completely removed the active air dam and the stationary one. No lights at all for me. Zero issues. 21 big horn level 2 I believe.

Do you guys think this will be updated by Ram? I hate to spend $100 on an adapter and then my radio updates and then I don't need it.

Finally got around to installing my radio. Base is mounted under the driver's seat.

Those look like the perfect solution, but I just can't get myself to spend $80 on a small led light strip.

That's wired, I just bought one and it doesn't have lights in the mirrors. Maybe just the power folding mirrors?
