I did a couple quick updates. I put a new shift knob on so I won’t turn up the heat while I am attempting to put the truck in reverse and installed the bedside plugs. All ordered from Amazon thanks to you guys. You guys have been great at helping me spend money!

I've been quoted 500 for an OEE windshield replacement and 850 1015 for OEM at a privately owned company w/o recalibration. They say over 90% don't require it. If so, it'd be a trip to the dealer and their cost.

Can't you get that scratch repaired though? It doesn't look bad enought to warrant a replacement.

Nothing major, but added a simple RAM outline to my front grill. I like it, brings a subtle bit of contrast and life to the Night Ed.

I took it to a glass place today. They were able to reduce only the light marks slightly with some compound and a wheel, but it is very deep with a few cross-direction chips in it. It's ugly.

It's not directly in my line-of-sight. I can live with it short-term, but I will eventually replace it so I'm not continuously reminded of my stupidity in such dramatic fashion.

I'm trying to picture a ring for a dude that would be big enough for the diamonds to scratch your windshield. This is what comes to mind.
