I’ve ran both 87 and 93 in my SO. Minimal noticeable difference. Perhaps a bit of power loss on the top end and a tiny mpg loss on 87. Nothing worth sticking to 93.
I’ve dealt with that issue twice in the past. Other shorties did very little if anything to help performance. The passenger side swap should go smoothly. It’s the driver side that’s the headache. Also, there most likely will be bolts stuck in the head that you’ll have to extract.
Since it...
The Eco diesel engine wasn’t made for sport. It was made for smoothness and fuel efficiency. A tune is pretty much the only way you’re gonna get rid of that turbo lag. The stock tune setup is hampered by government emissions requirements, sport or no.
Assuming it’s bagged pellets on an actual pallet (like what Lowe’s sets out to sell individual bags of), the load in would be the scariest part to me. Whoever is driving that forklift better be really good. That amount of weight would need to be placed properly in the bed over the axle. I...
I don’t think so. However, even if it did, it’d be more of a gimmick; make the gas pedal a bit more sensitive, maybe hold one gear lower, and stiffen up the steering a touch.
AC has been great on my ‘25 SST SO. 19’s and 20’s had the blend door issue. I would clamp the heater hose off during the summer on my ‘19 to get the AC colder. No issues on the new truck.
Do they plug directly into the car’s usb ports? If so, try a 12v outlet or 120v outlet adapter. I believe the vehicle usb ports are expecting to see a smart device rather than just putting out a constant 5v current for charging. Charging some devices, like my mobile hotspot, shaves the same...
Michelin Defender LTX M/S. I’ve been running them for 30k miles and they’re still as good as they were new. My driving profile and tire priorities are very similar to yours.
Exact same boat here. Almost never use the physical AC controls. Almost always use the comfort controls. I wish the physical buttons were swapped on the 12”.

Put in your vin and choose dodge. If there’s a ratio listed under optional equipment, that’s what you have. Otherwise look at the standard equipment.

Make absolutely sure that you have the surround / 3d sound turned off in the sound settings. I believe you have to do this for each source (radio, usb, etc…).

You got it. High-use of those plastics will damage them for sure. Any adhered or spray-on barrier like line-x would help.
To pull an idea from the r/c car area, clear lexan held down with shoe goo would work well too. It’d also have a good chance to come off cleanly later.

I see lift kits and such on a lot of rebels. The regular suspension is easier to do that stuff with. If your thinking about doing that, I’d go regular. If not, well, on a rebel, I’d probably still leave it off.

Common problem in my experience. Usually occurs turning right at lower speeds with the brakes applied, like when someone would pull into their driveway. D most likely something with the electronic steering rack programming.
